Ok so did I miss something in the two weeks I didn't watch. Everyone is focused on the chickens, what happened to the actual Fish? Were the pulled out before the finale? Do we have to worry about these retarded fucking wiggers letting them loose in a river?

I just assumed they died because no one was taking care of them but I don't actually know. At some point they took the fish tank to the basement.

He wouldn't make a mistake like that. I just checked and it's still liked, so it wasn't a fake or an accident. Sam very obviously agrees with the sentiment and felt it most when he had to eliminate Tay and give the win to TJ. Did Sam cry while giving TJ his check or speaking to the crew before the stream went off?

Here's what went down imo: Sam wanted either Tay or Shinji to win, preferably Tay, and wanted TJ to come out third. Tay would get $50k for performing so well, Shinji would come 2nd and do comedy with Sam in the future, and TJ would end the show like Rocky from the first movie, having lost the fight but proven himself.

Unfortunately, TJ pulled ahead while Tay kept getting hit with curses. I think the TJ and Shinji team up against Tay was designed to back Tay into a corner so she could perform better and for the sped and ESL-enjoyer to inevitably fuck up at some point and drag each-other down, but that didn't happen, and instead production unwitingly rigged the game against themselves as somebody else pointed out.

I don't dislike TJ, but does the guy really need $50k?

CUMBERLAND, R.I. — An animal rescue group wants to find homes for chickens it rescued Saturday in Cumberland.
According to the West Place Animal Sanctuary in Tiverton the ten chickens were being used to produce Fishtank, an online “reality TV-style” show that was streaming 24/7 from a Cumberland house.
West Place spokesman Patrick Cole said a production crew member contacted them for help in removing the birds, which had been released in the house “for a comedy bit” but “the producers didn’t think it was funny.”

Cole said he was told the producers wanted the chickens gone and had “discussed abandoning the domestic birds outside or leaving them on the highway,” in advance of demolition work set to start inside the house.


According to Cole, when rescue workers from West Place arrived on Saturday the chickens were in a garage, surrounded by cardboard boxes being used as a makeshift pen.
While West Place’s mission is to provide a permanent home to farm animals rescued from abuse, Cole said they can’t keep all of the new arrivals. He added, they already have 100 animals in their care, so these birds represent a 10% increase.
The chickens will be available for adoption from the West Place Animal Sanctuary in Tiverton once they complete two weeks in quarantine, according to Cole.

nah whoever called the shelter had the right idea (cowboy? bex? probably). slaughterhouses aren't clean, and while your food is... cleanish after a bunch of processing, you don't wanna introduce a bunch of slaughterhouse hens to your livestock in case they have worms and other parasites

That's right I think, my guess is that Jet assumed without asking that they would take them back after a couple days and then found out that oops, they don't actually want them because they don't know what conditions they've been in.

Now that I can see them in bright daylight, I can see they're a mix of Red Stars with possibly 2-3 Buff Orpingtons thrown in. All laying breeds. Likely production got them since they're no longer economical layers and were going to the rendering plant to be turned into nuggies and tendies and other reconstituted chicken product, as they're too old and not the right breed to be used as broilers.

Are you sure they were aged-out layers? I generally watched on a second, non-HD monitor so I can't be certain but they seemed to have under-developed combs as well as small tail feathers, which suggested to me they were pullets still 3-5 weeks away from laying.

Also you can give chickens away on Facebook in an hour or two. Hell, Sam could have tweeted it out and gotten any number of takers. Tons of people in the backyard chicken game.

I have a strong feeling that the Super Mega “controversy” will probably to the MDE guys at some point wether it be true or not (in Super Megas case it was not). They lucked out with summer because she’s just actually out of reality, but if Tay came forward about the Frank thing and that one farm about the chickens, I think it would be enough to scare most people away from this project. Or at least anytime they do attempt another season there would be more law enforcement it’s getting more out with the public like shown with the voice calls from the city council. It’s enough for normies who don’t know Sam to be freaked out by what he’s doing.

I was even thinking the house construction would of got to them. I imagine the sound was a lot louder since the windows were covered and there was nothing for the sounds to escape from.

Possibly Sam and Jet didn't buy from a slaughterhouse, but from a commercial rearer to egg farms, though financially it would make no sense, though that would explain the age.

But why spend 15-20 bucks for a new layer rather than a buck or two for a slaughterhouse bound one?

Or, you know, Roosters, which are basically free since there's always more of them than are needed.

I feel let down. I never watched the first season because I thought the idea was dumb but gave this one a chance after how well recieved the first season was. Is there a good way to watch the first season?

Well there's recap channels like link below but it's not the same and you have to listen to some soy narrating. The Jet edit of season 1 sucks and misses the good moments. There were torrents of the raw footage but (1) its over a terabyte (2) its a chore to sort though

As much as I disliked a lot about this show, I still had a lot of fun on this thread. Even the times when I was neg rated or there were disagreements, I had fun. I look forward to sperging and bitching with you guys next time in S3

I completely checked out and couldn’t be fucked to actually watch the ending and it went as I predicted.

Sam wanted to play daddy to some pathetic leech and he did. Predictable, boring.

The first season really was lightning in a bottle. I paid for last season but I’m so glad I didn’t pay for this one and won’t be paying for any future seasons. Hat me, I don’t care. TJ is a perverted weirdo and will fade into obscurity quickly as he can’t string together a coherent sentence despite English being his first language. Tay was a cringe pick me from the beginning. Shinji is gross af too but at least there is something there. TJ seems like he would laugh at keys being dangled in front of his face like a baby.

Since I know Jet watches this thread: this season sucked so bad compared to last. We had no idea what to expect and now we do: favoritism, lack of structure, confusion, laziness, arrogance and a large portion of your audience who were following along either closely or loosely just wanting it to be over. Please, waste more money putting out “episodes” that force your weird “arcs”. They were great.
