Yes. Godot is a game engine I use, and the official discord did this. What's strange is the disconnect between the moderation team who are all "he/they/xer", trigger warnings, flag emojis, and politics, and those with the developer badge who seem normal.
For RPGs, Foundry did this at some point as well. Though checking on it for this post, they seem to have dropped it. Again, there seems to be a disconnect between the moderators and people who make the software.
I don't get this. For a long time I've wanted a mech game that wasn't a spreadsheet simulator or rules lite nonsense. Lancer was always the go-to recommendation.

Excluding the internment procedures, it should also be noted that the United States initiated a crackdown on German-speaking communities to force them to start speaking English as a show of loyalty. German went from the semi-official second language for much of the US to barely spoken at all, and millions Anglicized their family names to start fitting in, even in frontier communities that had been functionally German since they were settled. To claim that non-British Europeans never suffered mistreatment in the US is a downright insulting form of special pleading.

It would take me a bit to find but there's an article I read once about how Ibram Max Kendi read the book "bloodlands" which is about how shit Poland was treated in WW2 (by nazis then by soviets) and apparently had an existential crisis because not only was their treatment way worse than what blacks went through in America, but it was done to white people by white people.
The oppressor/victim paradigm is one of the worst memes to infect people.

That article will have a lifespan of minutes at most over there before it's locked down tight and whoever posted it gets a ban. ENWorld mods locked it on their site just about immediately too, and I'm sure reddit jannies have been deleting it left and right. It's not permissible to post proof that the popular kids are a bunch of cunts.

Looks like the apology was court compelled, it got some discussion on The RPG Site. No clue if it ever got posted on RPG.net. I'm only vaguely aware of the drama.
Linked article doesn't seem to have gotten to RPG.net, guessing it will be posted by someone who fancies a perma ban. Was some hefty reading though, someone's posted it over here as a two parter.

It's pretty much what you expect, calling out the fact that accusations are treated as proof, claiming it's not true is proof of guilt and a lot of it is motivated by nothing more than spite. Pretty horrific and honestly impacts a lot of real world communities too now. Given the author came with clear information, names and recorded interviews while also calling out the sainted GamerGate and MeToo I am unsurprised by the reactions to it. Especially locking down forums where this should be discussed.
Only rpgsite is chatting around it and they're sceptical.

That's why I was trying to find out since all I could see was the title:
