There's a significant overlap in people here and people who just really hate the site and want to cause problems. Instead of just posting memes about how holes are all stupid, it's always, always, always, always about other users and staff and me.

no it absolutely does not. I specifically put it in OT so it'd be a 1:1 reflection of the OT thread in BP, but Trombonista moved it for whatever reason. The end result is effectively none. The only difference is people on week-long vacations from AT also can't post here, as opposed to people banned from OT as a category which is much rarer.
