Trainwreck Alex Dacy / Alex Dzimtowicz / Wheelchair Rapunzel - 50% wholesome disability influencer, 50% that cash me outside girl

I doubt that she was drunk. It isn't inconceivable, but given how A-loggy her Reddit is, I am not taking the poster's word for it. Even if they walked right past her, it can be hard to tell if a stranger is drunk at first glance, especially someone in a wheelchair who writhes around even while sober and slurs her speech regardless.

It's possible, but I'm pressing X.
It definitely feels exaggerated - particularly all the hairy clam talk. I'm certainly team "wear pants in public" but her folded over body does make any "clam" shots pretty dubious from what I've been able to see - unless this lady was right up in there.

She's pretending nothing happened. She lives on her subreddit, so she definitely knows about the sighting. She's just choosing to pretend everything is fine and posted a grid post asking for advice about how to keep Ari from grabbing the joystick on her wheelchair.

Comments are being monitored. There's the one skunk comment, and the others are just defending Alex or giving advice about the joystick issue.

I annotated the photo for her:

NOAH WATCH: you can see his reflection in the window. I don't know if that was the same top Alex was wearing yesterday, because she has a bunch of skin-tone bikini/bra tops. The Redditor added a few more comments and maintains that Alex was definitely pants-less. According to her, when she initially walked by, she was able to tell that there was nothing on her bottom half. Alex does appear to be wearing something on her lower half in this photo and, for what it's worth, the tuna towel was visible in yesterday's photos. This photo isn't necessarily from today, because Alex posts old pictures and recycles content frequently.

Ominous development.

"Exciting update! 1. I turn 30 years old tomorrow. 2. I move into my new place this week!!! I'm super excited for this new chapter & too [sic] see what new fun things life has in store!"

wr_02.png

"I can't wait to finally have all my things & create my own space but what I'm MOST excited about is decorating Ari's room!"

wr_03.png

"It's definitely been hard not having my own space or any of my things -- I'm excited to get all my things out of storage and create my space."

Please protect this adorable happy baby.

"Your daily dose of baby pure joy."

How fucking retarded is Alex, I know so many young couples who intentionally move in/very close to their parents when they have young children just for the emotional/physical support. Meanwhile, Alex, who is completely ignorant(and I'd argue willfully blind) to how much effort raising a child is just wants "my space" and "my stuff."

Poor Noah. I struggle to think highly of him but that baby loves him and he appears to be trying to parent. I hope this turns into "oh Noah and Ari? They're spending the night with his parents again BUT LOOK AT MY SPACE AND MY STUFF WOOO I bleeted at everyone like a goat until they did what I wanted designed and set up everything!!!"

At most I just really hope Noah gets some sleep and powers through so Ari has at least one parent to form healthy attachments too.

"Hi Instagram! I wanted to know how to keep my infant child from manipulating my wheelchair's joystick, because I am so disabled that if she decided to grab it and drive us both into the pool or a wall, I'd be helpless to stop it!

Also, yay! I'm getting my own place where I'll be living with said infant and a drugged out Cluster B nightmare! I'm so excited!"

Fuck.

Maybe all that caregiver talk was because she was interviewing someone new. That would leave baby caretaking to Noah, much more doable.

I was hoping grandparents built a mother-in-law cottage on their property, but it doesn’t appear to be that large.
I was actually going to say maybe there’s a large shed or something on the property they’re letting her call home.

What a terrible idea. Hopefully it will be just her living there. Shitty as Noah is, he clearly has psychological problems and seems (from what little we see of him) to be working on them while putting in effort as a parent. It'd probably be good if he stayed with his parents. It'd certainly good for Ari to stay there.

Clearly Alex has occasional fights with Ari's grandparents. Hopefully they are being very diplomatic about this whole situation, encouraging Alex to have her own space so their relationship can improve but keeping Ari with Noah. Worst case scenario is a full-on blowup which would see Alex take the baby away. They really need to be careful not to offend Alex so as to avoid such an outcome.

I have a feeling this poor kid has something going on with her that nobody knows yet, her exposure to medications she shouldn't have been, drinking and Alex shit DNA..I just hope she dodged bullets but idk odds are never good...im also terrified she is slowly starting to look like Alex more and more..
In theory, she should be fine. Gene therapy isn’t supposed to affect someone who doesn’t have the targeted gene.

But this hasn’t been tested before, except maybe in animals. I was half expecting the baby to be cronenberg’d and not make it past the 2nd trimester.

would see Alex take the baby away
How? Like, I'm not trying to be a dick but  physically  how would Alex take Ari away? She'd have to ask someone to first go get the baby, and then put the baby in her shirt, and then open the door. If they refuse, then what? Alex calls the police and they (and child services) arrive to find a profoundly disabled woman trying to take a baby? Doesn't the grandparents house have stairs? Just take Ari upstairs and tell Alex to come get her herself.

Alex is completely at the mercy of everyone around her.

Fair points. Obviously she couldn't physically take the baby away, but she is the mother. I have no idea how family law works in Florida/Burgaria, but as it stands she has full custody. Noah obviously complicates things (did they add his name to the birth certificate?), but I'd imagine if she'd call the police, they would have to give her the baby. I suppose it's possible that Child Service might issue some kind of emergency injunction taking away custody, but I don't think that's likely. I am an admittedly ignorant person, but if Alex has carers at her new place, I don't think they would have grounds to say Ari would be in an unsafe environment.

Even if they/Noah could win full custody, that's a huge escalation. Maybe it's best in the long-term that Alex lose it, but I imagine normal people like Noah's family apparently are, would want to avoid such a bridge-burning conflict. In my opinion, ideal situation is that they take care of Ari day-to-day, Noah gets his shit together so he can be heavily involved and eventually take over, and Alex gets to spend time with the baby and continue LARPing as an overburdened mother. Shitty as she is, the baby is hers. If she can play nice, it's right for her to have a role in the kid's life.

I’ve said numerous times that grandparents have zero rights in Florida, except in a specific case of one spouse murdering the other, then grandparents can get visitation.

So if Alex calls the cops, she gets Ari. Now maybe the cops could call social services, but they wouldn’t come instantly. When they show up, if Noah is there, there is food and clothes for Ari and nobody is nodding out then CPS says bye. Then Alex gets so angry at Noah’s parents she refuses to let them see Ari. Lose/lose.

Noah could get a lawyer and fight for custody, and if granted, he and Ari could live with parents. That’s expensive and not a guarantee he’d win though, people, including judges, are sensitive to disabled rights. He could get 50/50.

On their own the grandparents can’t do anything legally. Their only choice is to make nice and visit as often as allowed.

Hopefully, it’ll be ok. Alex will have a full-time caregiver who can drink with her, and Noah can do the childrearing. As long as Alex isn’t put in charge of Ari, it should be safe enough. Fingers crossed that they are close to Noah’s parents so he can go over for a rest easily.

a large shed or something on the property they’re letting her call home
I know what you mean by this, but my brain treated me to a visual of Noah wheeling her into a cramped toolshed and then putting a padlock on the door behind him. I might have smiled.

I think this move is going to be one of two things:
1. Alex moving out on her own with a new caregiver. Visits from Noah and Ari.
2. Alex, Noah and Ari moving with no caregiver to return to the situation they had in Chicago - Noah as sole caregiver to two. Ari and Noah lose the support of the grandparents which has seen Ari thrive and become so happy.
Noah doesn't seem to be in the best position right now to pursue option 2, but I fear that's what Alex has pushed for.

It's interesting to speculate about what would happen if Alex tried to take Ari, legally and practically. Even if the cops let her zoom out the door with Ari, how would she get to her new place? She can't just order an Uber, because neither she and Ari could ride in a noraml car without a ramp and car seat. Once she got there, how would she even get Ari out of her lap? She literally can't event move the kid around in her lap. I could see her trying to get her caretaker to take care of Ari, but I don't think the caretaker would want to, and might indeed be legally prohibited from doing so. Hopefully the whole issue will be avoided.

I'm predicting:

- more CPS visits.
- Ari being neglected and then, regressing and losing her vitality.
- Noah being stressed to the tits or, alternately, mostly absent due to druggie backsliding and/or the aggravation of his BPD.
- Noah's parents being completely shut out.
- a bunch of super fun, girly pop, drunken debacles.
- worsening health and increased vulnerability for Alex due to caregiver neglect.
- the cops being called fairly regularly.

Fuckin' hell.

She dropped all those bombshells in her stories and didn't address any of the billion comments she likely got. She knows what she's doing when she farms engagement.

Instead of elaborating on the move, she dropped this post:

I got nothing. :heart-empty:
