I’m with you on being concerned about potential future impairments, but it sounds from the package insert like most of the noted effects would have been noticed by now. This is what the twerk juice package insert warns of:
“embryofetal mortality, malformations, decreased fetal body weights, and reproductive impairment in offspring.”
I wonder whether they can or will do imaging to see if Ari’s internal anatomy is normal in the future.

Seems like there was a specific reason to be concerned for Ari's future reproductive health, but I can't remember details. When she was pregnant, she said that an ultrasound showed a "soft marker" for Down Syndrome in her heart, but she never elaborated in any way. Ari obviously doesn't have DS, but I do wonder what the soft marker was and if there's any abnormality.
Alex enrolled in the medical study for women who took the twerk juice while pregnant, but I suspect that she is the entire study right now.

Spotted out in the wild...drunk at 8am… I spotted Alex this morning at 8am doing zoomies in my shopping plaza. She was talking to herself and looked so wasted. I had to do a double take because I didn't see her phone or AirPods in. She is literally so unhinged and it was the saddest thing I ever saw. I took a quick video and she was wearing a bikini top and you guessed it....NO PANTS!!! I never post on here, I most just laugh at everyone’s comments, but I felt the need to post because this girl needs help! Being sloppy drunk on a Sunday morning alone is insane. And wearing a bikini top like that in a upper class suburban town that is no near the beach is honestly so weird and trashy beyond belief. She also can barely push her little button for her wheelchair, I don’t understand how she acts like she can possibly do anything for her daughter, let alone, “cook”. Anyway…Photo in comments…

I've seen Ari in possibly-church-clothes in Sunday morning pictures before, and Grandma Smith seems fairly religious. She's potentially drunk, definitely pantsless, and entirely incapable of fending for herself, while wheeling around alone in a shopping plaza and talking to herself. She's lucky no one called 911 or took advantage of her.

This is just sad. Alex's refusal to take responsibility for herself and her disabilities is fueling all of this. She's almost 30 and has yet to fully accept the fact that she is disabled. As much as she wants to so badly believe it, she is NOT just like everyone else. She's just not. She's profoundly disabled and cannot care for herself at all. It sucks and it's shitty and it's a lot to deal with but if she continues to act out like this, she's going to lose Ari. Because she won't get therapy for her mental issues nor will she get serious about her physical health and wellbeing and hire a proper caregiver, she's going to lose the only good thing in her life: her child.
Alex recently mentioned that she was looking forward to having her own space again. For herself? Are Noah and Ari included in that pipe dream plan?

I doubt that she was drunk. It isn't inconceivable, but given how A-loggy her Reddit is, I am not taking the poster's word for it. Even if they walked right past her, it can be hard to tell if a stranger is drunk at first glance, especially someone in a wheelchair who writhes around even while sober and slurs her speech regardless.
