The M110/SR-25 were replaced by the HK-417(CSASS) and Mk 20(SSR) because of reliability issues.

The F-117 that was shot down because the Air Force did not ask the Navy for Prowler/EWAR cover. The Serbs had repeatedly tried the turn radar off/turn radar on trick with no success with Prowlers up.

The issues with early fighter turbo fans wasn't from shrinking them down. It was getting them to work right at supersonic speeds.

Oddly I just had LPs F-117 video slip into my recommendations and thought it was alright background listening. The next the algorithm gave me was the T-14 video and it was so insufferable obvious NAFO brain rot I removed him from my recommendations. No idea he was a Tube Cow until I got this thread at the top of the sub.
