I would suggest that since Chris didn’t really “earn” what he got in life, that it’s a natural result he would troon out and fuck up his ex wife and son. As a method of channeling that anger and quenching my thirst for vengeance, I’d do everything in my power to compel Tucker to violently detest his father and consciously avoid him from the outset. I’d educate Tucker on the adult realities of daddy’s choice, and really drill in the mental/physical implications daily. AND he can’t just remove him the moment he comes out, he would get cancelled. If Jimmy were smart, then a change in Alphabet's priorities in running Youtube, changing tides in pop culture, much less a single damn troon would not spell the end of his media empire. I'm not saying he's not intelligent. It takes some serious brains to get the workings of the youtube algorithm from the outside and then repurpose it for your own use. It's just that everything else he's done has been driven by sentiment and whim rather than serious business considerations.
He would want a non-disparagement agreement, an NDA or a non-compete aren't really relevant here (and a non-compete might not hold up in court). To do that, it's best in North Carolina to provide money or benefits of some sort to undergird the post-employment agreement. If there's legal stuff under NC law involved that would prevent Chris from fucking with Jimmy's business, I'll bet Chris is getting paid for a period after their business relationship ends.
