On April 25, 2023, a blogger and self-styled security researcher named Jackie Singh posted an article in which she theorized the identity of the individual who she believed was operating the Torswats Channel (someone other than ALAN FILION). Singh's conclusions are inconsistent with the evidence from the FBI' s investigation.

  • In response to Singh's posts, the operator of the Torswats Channel proceeded to have an online exchange with Singh on Twitter (now known as "X") and on Telegram.
  • During that exchange, Singh challenged whether the current Torswats user was the owner of all the previous Torswats Channels. In response, a post was published on the Torswats Channel showing the Telegram app with multiple Torswats accounts visible, all displaying the same message in draft mode and the caption "here's proofI own all 4 accounts."
  • Based on your co-affiants' experience and understanding of the Telegram application, your co-affiants understand this screen capture to demonstrate that a single user does indeed have ownership of all the accounts in question, because only the account owner would be shown "draft" state posts for channels in their user interface.
  • A follow-up post showed a screen capture of a computer drop-down selection showing a dozen or more file names titled "Swatting_ 107" and "Swatting_ 108" etc. Your co-affiants further understand this indicates the Torswats owner was on a computer or device which contains all the files viewable in the screen shot The Torswats user also stated they "only save the swatting calls that the customer agrees to let them post" and that they have "others [files] on my laptop." The file names visible are consistent with and known to the investigators as the audio of recorded swatting calls previously recorded and posted to earlier versions of the Torswats Channel. This is not shocking in any way.

The Jax 2600 data is from her past. Past people do stupid ass shit. Rather than lean into 'I was young and stupid and see how I've changed' it is "disinformation" or "weev's fault" or "those evil conservatives/fascists/nazi/trolls are out to get me".

One can only hope for trial after trial where what Jackie has done is used to try and convince the jury that Alan is a good boi and didntdonuttn.

She has to. This is her big chance to prove the Kiwi chuds wrong, to show the world she's a fearless Woman of Crap Color in tech, to demonstrate her cybersecurity chops, and massage her ego by getting the scalp of a straight white man. She needs to be right. She's attached her ego and identity to it. If she's wrong, and the Kiwi chuds were right, then she's nothing more than a fat retard playing pretend. I don't think she'll get in trouble with the Feds, but expect her to cling to this delusion the same way Patrick insists his trolls will enjoy prison.

We only have "The Swede's" word for it though. We'll need the screenshot of the convo from his end to 100% confirm it. Would it be cowtipping to ask him?

Yes, he has little reason to lie, and we know that there are people who will go to new depths of mendacity to score a win against the Farms. But Jackie could have typed any message to herself and yet she's apparently copied, not just rewrote, copied the only one from the only guy who could call her out from her own end. There is an order of magnitude between just being astonishingly gullible and putting in extra effort to incriminate yourself in fabricating other people's crimes.

Because if this is real, an OWASP speaker and cybersecurity expert to a now sitting U.S president has been writing jerk-off fanfiction about herself and using it to accuse a random foreign national of cyberterrorism for likes on Twitter, which crosses from plain stupidity, past crippling personality disorder and into pure mental illness.

This kind of shit is honestly depressing to me. It's a grim reminder of how, on the internet, it's super easy to fabricate "evidence" to sell any kind of narrative you like. The amount of liars out there seems to be going up exponentially by the day, and our capacity to catch them all is unfortunately rather limited.

Sure, this one was enough of a dumbass to get caught, but for every dipshit that gets caught, there's probably another 10 that don't that are all doing the same sad, pathetic shit.

At the risk of politispergong, is there a chance that Snax has enough connections in the current administration that they won't investigate her for running the fake torswats? As horny as the feds are to catch swaters, I don't see how anybody pretends to be torswats and avoids a few hours of hard questions and an internet history colonoscopy from the FBI at this point.
