This happened weeks ago during the show and Fatty was so fucking wildly wrong on his estimations that it was laughable. Given that there is no archives of the show its effectively become lost media since Flowstreams only covers from the 22nd until the end of the show which was the worst period of time and long after he did his "assessment." The house needs a full gut and remodel, including new windows, roof and a serious look at the electrical and plumbing since there seemed to be a lot of problems with it. A quick napkin math for renovating the house would be somewhere near or north of 100k, the house was sold "as is" for a reason and detailing its renovation via a several part Youtube series would be a very wise move to recoup costs on it.
This thread has always been a combination of archives and in depth conversation on topics that aren't really discussed in a linear fashion anywhere else in the Fishtank community. This has always been the case. Analyzing theoretical possibilities and a fish's quality based on their content production in autistic detail is like 50% of the fun.

Both of them saying "the tank is the tank" is probably the wisest and mature thing they could do, it puts a huge amount of stress on the individual and in competition with each other which distorts real relationships. Tay kept trying to impress this point to TJ the whole time, that they were friends just in competition with each other but he didn't really understand it and seemed to believe she was an evil person. I still do not know why Shinji went hostile on Tay at all, the last occasion he had to be mad with her was when she sprung Frank from the doghouse.

I would argue that Brian and Taylor have been doing a lot more stuff post their Fishtank fame compared to Jimmy who spent 3+ hours on a fucking Twitter spaces since he got out of Fishtank and just started doing interviews now which is 3 weeks after he left the show. During the QnA session yesterday, he still talked about setting up stuff for livestreaming like Streamlabs and shit instead of you know actually streaming. I know he has a Twitch channel that he used once after he left the show, after that instead of consistently doing stream like Brian and Taylor, he spent his time dicking around with a bunch of faggets on Twitter.
