That is certainly what he is trying to imply. The problem with that is that he specified that it was "a medical issue" (singular) that he was dealing with for three days. If the timeline he is implying was correct, he probably would have said "medical issues" instead. Unless he forgot being so sick on Monday that he couldn't even write a couple sentences to say the show was cancelled.



At the start of his show Nick also specifically worded around saying that any of his children had a medical issue even while implying they did. This is someone who would complain in detail about his kids' schedules and how he had to drive X child to location A or whatever, not even with a point to the complaining, just for the sake of complaining.
