Imagine being so retarded and ass-blasted that you can't install a filter on your email client to route *@protonmail.com to /dev/null.

"Your Honor, I HAD to read all these emails; I couldn't just delete them and move on with my day to meet your deadline. Here's a new date that'll allow me to finish my motions and builds time in to read more emails that make me mad."

If you don't say "Judge done F'd up!" in a court filing do you even law?

I also love how his exhibit "proving" that some British dude is stalking him is a screenshot of a message from Russell to a stranger on Instagram, that for all we can see was sent completely out of the blue. In fact, the closest thing we see to evidence that anybody but Russell has ever done anything is the subject line of an email from some UUID. Everything else is copies of emails written by Russ. It's like he can't bear to have anything but his own words appear in his filing. Other people really aren't quite real to him, are they?

"I am too busy responding to people on the Internet to advance my legal case"
Very amusingly, and highly regarded.
Russ seems to have this thing where he simply can never look up from the coal face and take stock of what he's doing and whether it's to his advantage. Like, at no point here has it occurred to him that he simply needs to stop looking at shit on the internet and get on with his legal work because that would be better for him. Likewise you see this behavior with Russ in most other aspects of what makes him hilarious - Almost all of the weirdest Russ shit like AI generating strip clubs and xeeting random sluts originated long ago with the goal of getting laid, but at no point between then and now has Russ had a moment of reflection to course correct, as any ordinary human surely would.

The Ace Paralegal has no idea how to produce the document that's demanded of him. He's going to try hard to change the subject hoping he gets away with not doing it, or he's going to produce some glorious mess of a draft report.

Look at that, he's just pasted his own obvious lie into an actual legal document, as if it helps his case.

I like how Russell tells the judge what his new due date will be
He seems to think that because he thought it was 35 days, the court has to stick with that. I thought Russell couldn't surprise me with his idiocy any more, but he's managed it.

If you don't say "Judge done F'd up!" in a court filing do you even law?
I feel this erudite, lawyerly turn of phrase can only help Russell gain the respect of the judge. He should do more of it.

Considering how the battery charge jumps around out of chronological sequence, this guy took MULTIPLE DAYS to put together the exhibits for this joke of a filing.

If you're going to use it as your primary law brief filing device, you should charge your damn phone, Russ!

Legal advice to a slurping retard: DO WHAT THE COURT TOLD YOU TO DO YOU DUMB FAGGOT!

I've said it in the main Russ thread, but the "British Guy" isn't affiliated with KF.

He's a weird dude from England, in his mid 40s, and he bugs Russ on Instagram and possibly Facebook. He did try joining the farms, but was run off in a matter of hours for being such a massive faggot that wouldn't follow site or thread rules and nobody in the thread could stand him.

He was being a retarded ween long before he joined KF, and has continued to be a dumbass long after he was kicked out. He's acting completely on his own with no assistance from KF at all. We do not want him on the farms or in the thread.

So he is once again admitting in a court filing that all of this is in bad faith. It has nothing to do with copyright. He just wants to take down mean criticism of his bad actions from the internet.
That was my main take away from this one. Dumbass admits in his own filing that this was always about having his thread here removed. Bold strategy.

You know what would fix this problem? getting an attorney. The court doesn't want to hear about how hard it is having to do your job, AS THE PLAINTIFF, Greer. Its your right to do this shit Pro Se, but the Plaintiff is the accusatory party here demanding that the State intervene to use its power to redress a grievance by force. Its not the Courts job to hold your hand. Also, this probably warrants another motion to strike because its irrelevant to why Greer didn't do his job.

I hope the 10th circuit is happy with this. This is all getting written into the common law now. This will be a cited case from now on. Every judge, that signed off on moving this case foreword, will be cited for their decision. They did this. They said that this is something that had merit. They deserve it.

What in god's name does Russel mean by "install a code"? Does he think the kiwifarms is a sort of physical box with a keypad, and putting in a magic number will ban us from talking about him?
He wants null to automatically delete any mention of him from the site, with magic computer code. Computers and technology are a dark art to Russ.

i think he probably means a code of conduct
he wants null to create a site rule that says "you are not allowed to mention or discuss anything related to russell greer on this site"

wait what? i thought these guys were doing it pro bono?!
Lawyers doing work pro bono isn't necessarily a bar for any relief in their favor for the amount they would have ordinarily spent. And if Russ is going to talk this one out, they want piece of that pie too. Helps that this wasn't worded as an extortion, like say, the lawyer of Nick Rekieta is fond of doing.
Look at that, he's just pasted his own obvious lie into an actual legal document, as if it helps his case.
Apparently according to his exhibits that is true. Why at all this is relevant is anyone's guess.
He seems to think that because he thought it was 35 days
I'm still unsure as to how he came to that conclusion. He somehow thought that the 14 days were just freebies to vibe and relax and the weird words demanding him to do something were to be ignored. As per his own doc, he only contacted Mr. Hardin on the due date of the report.

this guy took MULTIPLE DAYS
Given he responded in less than 24 hours, it took him one day and multiple phone recharges.
If my understanding is correct, anything in mediation was private and inadmissible, but Russ of his own accord put on the record that this isn't really about copyright just taking his name off the site!
This "new" mediation is just one email, so it's not really the same as a court-ordered mediation.
but the "British Guy" isn't affiliated with KF.
Of course not. KF is anti-British, after all.
Also, this probably warrants another motion to strike because its irrelevant to why Greer didn't do his job.
In a perfect world this would just get dismissed over self-admitted and intentional failure to prosecute. Alas.

Given he responded in less than 24 hours, it took him one day and multiple phone recharges.

My 3rd and 5th images both show 4:06, but the charge on one is 30% and it's 56% in the other. It's not likely he got a quarter more charge within that 60 second window, so they had to be screencapped on multiple days.

So either he prepared parts of this in advance, or maybe he's been sitting on these screencaps for a while waiting to use them.
