Litigation Fund

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
im super salty about life im depressed and think people are retarded for funding a downright impossible to win lawsuit this money could be used to help the site instead its gonna be a thrown out lawsuit so you can cry about how the system is rigged against you to keep the grift going
I can’t throw my money at Null fast enough. If you’re depressed by how other people spend their own money, you’re going to have a real miserable life.

ETA: the people commenting “I’m broke, but here’s a couple bucks” are cool as fuck. Semper fi!!

Another thing I'm unclear on - if the price of bringing a case to trial requires 75k, aren't you actually going to need 225k to tackle three court cases? I understand the Greer and Jones situations are procedurally/geographically quite different from the Epik situation, but even so surely it's going to require substantially more than the 75k goal.

With the understanding that there's confidentiality involved, has @Null been professionally advised on where to prioritize his efforts, and/or does he have a clear plan in mind on how to move forward when the funds are secured?

Semper fucking sneed.

I think he can just name multiple defendants with different causes of action?

im depressed for many reasons unrelated to it i just think you guys are retarded for spending thousands of dollars on this legal fund especially with this site having a history of data breaches whatever happened to opsec and don't use a trackable name?

There's a long-term strategy in mind. Cases do not have to progress to jury trial, but they can. There is not a $75,000 upfront fee to file a lawsuit. I would prefer not to go to trial. This is a significant position of strength. Our opposition will recognize this and summarize how much they are also willing to spend to defend their lie.

it goes directly to his attorney in a trust or some other vehicle, similar to Vic's gofundme. This is advantageous to him because it's not taxable income as it will be applied to legal fees directly.
This is correct. It's not income. It's effectively as if you're paying my attorneys directly.

I tried three times to kick in a grand; two errors and one appeared to go through but hasn't shown up on my bank app yet. I'm $0-$3k into this and I don't give a pigeon-fuck. I'd do it again. These people are fascists by any description.

EDIT: I'm in for a grand. LET SLIP THE DROOLHOUNDS OF TOTAL RETARD WARFARE.

I'm actually sort of curious about that. If he sues Epik and during discovery finds that they based their comments on abuse reports from someone whose face looks like a block, can they be attached to that suit?
