Was anything made public on this call? The reason I ask is because this happened within two days of the Fake Torswats showing up, and while matching a high priority target, does not match the typical MO of Torswats (Usually Bomb/Gun threats)
The reason I am asking is because I have a suspicion given what has been learned at the moment.

My theory, is that for the Paper Torswats to be taken seriously, Ms Singh may have done a similar method of swatting like Mr Filion; however with a different approach and MO. "Rather than a threat, it is a call of concern; but still technically a SWAT" In her mind, it would be "No, it isn't the same thing" which in spirit, isn't; but in application still is.
