Ralph is a strange case. When it comes to the stupid shit he does, all thought of the consequences and perception goes right out the window. He doesn't think about the alogs when he's driving drunk, beating women, abusing his kids or doing drugs worse than Ozzy. He's always in a constant state of reaction to people clowning on him for the stupid shit he does. And yet, he still has the forethought to black out parts of messages that can be used against him. It's really bizarre.
