It's been a few weeks, and pretty much the closest to anything I've seen outside of the Verbelase memes is a clip involving Alastor showing up in the YT recommendations of one of GamesCage's videos.

If anyone else has seen any increase in Hazbin presence online recently, I'd like to know. If not,
Get fricced, Viv.

I can't go a fucking video without seeing three of those 'heckin sing alongs!' in my recommended. I know it's my own fault because I kind of enjoy HB in it's own shitty way. (Or, more accurately, I'm huffing so much cope you could fuel a trans 'protest' hoping it ever goes back to the light hearted black comedy, or even focus on the threats they did establish rather than 'faggots and their daddy issues.')

But still, the algorithim is trying to shove them out there,

I briefly reenabled recommendations, went through a few videos, and not once did I ever come across anything Hazbin-related.

I get some of those too but it’s probably because I’ve watched a few Verbalse memes that probably have “Hazbin Hotel” in the tags somewhere:

With Alastor it makes sense, he's extremely powerful for a Sinner but I enjoyed it because it shows him as out of his league. For all his mysterious power and boasting, he's not much of a threat compared to people like Adam or Charlie and is literally nothing compared to Lucifer, really shows the only reason Alastor probably wasn't killed in the Lucifer episode was for Charlie's sake.
See, with all the talk of Alastor being on a leash and having his wings clipped and him being so sensitive to challenges to his power, yet never showing any power etc. That scene read to me that he's not as powerful as he used to be and is used to being. The fact him and Lilith were both gone 7 years makes it likely he's been nerfed by a deal with her. Maybe he was monkey pawed, I don't know.

I really did like the finale. It had some halfway decent action. Niffty going stab-happy all over the battlefield was hilarious. Seeing Charlie not constantly holding back for once was also nice.

I also noticed something; the kid that Vaggie spared (and got stripped of her status as an exterminator for) was drawn in the same style and had the same kind of attire as the cannibals. LOL, guess we know what he went to hell for!

Overall, I'd give the season a 6.5 out 10 or so. The art style is fine. The songs were more than decent, if a little jarring at times; the lyrics in the musical parts were just so-so, but the singing and the actual arrangements they're set to are great. The dialogue writing is just average. Not good, not bad. Mediocre, if anything.

However, the whole season was marred by significant pacing issues and a lack of real character development for much of the cast, with a couple notable exceptions. It felt like they rammed 12 episodes' worth of plot into eight episodes. The end result is just plain choppy. The problem is that each episode has like, two musical parts, which cuts deep into the runtime and doesn't leave much time for other forms of interaction. Everything felt weirdly rushed and schizoid, like there should have been more meat in-between, but there wasn't.

"Bank accounts are a scam created by the shadow government."

I spit my Dr Pepper Cherry out laughing so hard at this when I watched this episode, because I've heard this exact thing argued unironically by many conspiracy-minded people I've known before lol

I'm not even pro-Israel (is anyone in KF?), but come on lol. This is brown version of "X says trans rights!"
Both Israel and Palestine are garbage for committing terrorist attacks.

Charlie (or at least the pilot one) wouldn’t support either side. She’d just sing a musical number about how they should just get along.

Something tells me that Muslims would not like being represented by a demonic harlot who is the literal spawn of Satan, and who helped kill Islam’s first prophet.

Has Hazbin been banned in any Muslim countries yet? I would be very surprised if it hasn’t.

But more deaths would mean more new arrivals. Besides, these characters most likely don't care about humans much like how the HB crew didn't care when they were offing people left, right, and center.

Now I want to see another backlash where Vivie has to walk on eggshells to avoid offending either side.
