Since the funds are going into an IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers Trust Account) under Hardin's name, it would be, in my opinion, legally dubious for a bank to cancel an IOLTA because the bank doesn't like the lawyer's client (remember, lawyers represent actual reprehensible clients, y'know, child rapists, mommy fuckers, etc, and all retainers or pre-paid legal fees  have to be deposited into an IOLTA, not into the lawyer's or law firm's own accounts.  That gets lawyers in big trouble.)
