Between this and the mention on yesterday's MATI of talking with people at Locals (unless I completely misunderstood what was being said), I'm looking forward to some quality seething in the next couple weeks.

Josh getting more clout with LOCALS and/or RUMBLE would really upset him. Like his fundraiser's failure in comparison to Josh's, it would be another mark of decline. Nick used to be the gatekeeper of access and pronouncer of diktat. He has lost that position rather spectacularly.

This whole clip is a demonstration of how beyond help Rekieta is at this point, but the really striking moment is when he switches from first person to second person when talking about drinking too much:

1:37 - "I don't drink that much. If we go out, if Lady Rackets and I go out to a bar or a club or something, we go out with friends, we go to dinner, go to a friend's house, I don't sit there and drink nine drinks, but on the show, you do, because it's just you."

Nick doesn't drink that much, but you, the streamer, do. You have a drinking problem on stream because you are a streamer and it's part of your show.

God I hate this faggot so much.
What a pathetic bitch.
Does this piece of shit even have anything to say about how he fucked over Vic Mignogna?

The “medical issue” could be Kayla is off her meds or is under medicated or all the booze from the hot tub party got her out of whack or from Nick’s perspective, she’s acting crazy. Maybe they’ve been fighting constantly & he’s had to keep an eye on her to prevent her from self harming or something like that.
My odds would fall at (most likely to least):
  1. Nick was lying
  2. Nick was fucked up
  3. Kayla was fucked up
  4. Somebody in the Rekieta clan was fucked up, maybe even a pet. (Do they still have a pet?)
His usual m.o. is to stretch the truth in a shyster lawyerly way, and it seems like his word salad, dancing around what actually happened, is covering for something. I don't care though, he can go fuck himself with his own balldo.

Sadly, this was probably his best choice under the circumstances. Thanks a lot Beardo and Nick, you utter faggots.
If it's any consolation, something tells me Ty is having a very bad weekend.

Now I really want the KF Litigation Fund to beat Vic's.

Granted, it might end in tears too (either partially or fully), but I figure we'll get a little while of Nick coping and seething over the fact Null mathematically proved he's impotent now, and can shove his offer of "help" up his skinny ass (after the bottle is removed).

As of this post, we're $175,804 away from that goal.

Did you expect anything else?

Mark my words, he's gonna have Ty on at some point in the future, and they're just gonna pretend like nothing happened.

The fund is already $100K+ If this blows the Vic fund out of the water I will laugh very hard.

This can't be true, Rekieta's a bona-fide social media expert. Null is just an autist. There's no way on this earth that Null could raise $100k in 24 hours for his lawsuit, while Nick's topped out at about $12k.

I anticipate a long phone call from the shower any minute now.

Daily reminder that orally transmitted HPV causes throat cancer

Reminder for Nick and his bulls: never go ass to mouth.

- The problem he had was in his family and was medical, and not a big deal. It was one of those things that needed monitoring to prove it was not serious for 24 hours. Something could still technically happen with it. He is vague intentionally becuase people don't have to know everything.
Considering he knows he's in a bad situation financially/career wise, I'm sure he would have used this as a pity party if he could but he didn't. So it must be embarassing, imo.
- He was talking about YT copyright strikes in general being 50k USD and being a terrible system. At 2-3 minutes in, he mentions clips of paywalled LOCALS as an example, and how they would probably be ruled as Fair-Use by YT, so why sue and be out the money or time? LOCALS streams do not make that much money, too.
Funny he used to want people to just sub to locals instead of yt membership or superchats. Now he sees it as worthless?

Would be the TOPPEST KEK if null gets a contract and nick doesn't.

Especially since Josh would actually drive subs to locals. Nick has basically given up on locals because he can't have a coomer safe space and rarely advertises it on twitter or even on stream. As with everything else Nick didn't get his way so he took his ball and went home to cry.

If Nick had a modicum of decency, he should throw Vic a few pennies. Keyword being “if”.

Due to his declining viewers not throwing superchats, no Rumble contract that we know of, rampant spending & fool lawsuit, his ability to throw pennies at anything is quickly catching up to his lack of decency.

Sorta. But it's actually even more stupid than that.

First and foremost, he used to make a metric fuckton of money off superchats, and a considerably less (but still welcome) sum from selling $5-$15 monthly memberships for his Discord via Patreon and (the now defunct) NP2. That was "golden era Nick." The Nick that Rumble likely saw and worked to entice him over to their platform.

Then he went full degenerate and figured he was gonna make a fuckton of money off of his Locals with a harem of wine moms he picked up from his daytime trial coverage sharing lewds. His Discord revolted against this new Nick, and he threw a conniption fit and gutted the place.

NOW he claims to not give a shit about superchats and rumbles, and outright neglects his Locals. Per his own alcohol addled brain, Rumble should just pay him for turning on a camera or some shit.

Except he might be just now realizing he got a little too stupid, as witnessed by the fact he's selling his sobriety to try and bring the superchat/rumble levels back up again.

Would be the TOPPEST KEK if null gets a contract and nick doesn't.

Would be, but I think Null might be too spicy even for Rumble.

Plus I think Null prefers streaming to as many platforms as possible, and Rumble would likely want some exclusivity. That means introducing a single point of failure, which carries a risk.

@Null Not to bother you, but a legitimate question that I think it's beneficial for us to know. Give the recent happenings with the Vic case, what do you know about professionalism of your lawyer/s. I still remember the time when people here were sucking Ty Beards pee-pee just because he got involved and that turned to be a massive shit-show. The question would be, how professional is your lawyer/lawyers in these cases, and do you have plans to wrangle them to avoid any drama beyond what happens in the court? Given the assumption that no lawyer can be %100 trusted.
He's actually reading the Vic case right now just to see what went wrong. Hardin is generally very cautious, and as a bonus has zero social media presence on which to reveal an embarrassing t-shirt on.

Cross-posted from the litigation thread.

Man I sure hope he does. Losing a defamation case that was entirely your fault and you could've easily prevented from getting TO the lawsuit stage in the first place couldn't happen to a nicer alcoholic, narcisstic, arrogant piece of shit like nick rekeita.
Honestly, the Nick saga is most interesting when you’re not entirely sure that he’s going to end up broken and ruined, so you don’t have to feel bad about finding the possibility amusing.

He’s getting so bad and it’s so certain that he’s actually starting to depress me out of having fun with it
