What about Angel Links
Oh God what the fuck was with this character design?

Her face changed in every single episode according to whoever the episode director was, it was so jarring and distracting. And yet this is the main face of hers. So fugly, I could barely stand looking at Meifon.

We now have a version of the Oshi no Ko OP performed by Ai herself:

I need some recommendations ! I want a Space anime and i dont want stupid big robots or kids. also please dont add me with the most basic stuff, i have seen aloooot of space anime...
People have suggested Sol Bianca, Banner of the Stars, and Captain Harlock, and I absolutely agree with those choices. Captain Harlock is one of my favourite anime. There's also Queen Emeraldas (the manga, not the anime), Starzinger, Crusher Joe, Starship Operators, Dirty Pair, Tytania, AWOL, and Terra E. I'm rereading the Terra E manga right now, and it's dystopian fiction like Brave New World, but in space. The space stuff, while well-done, is ultimately incidental to the development of the main characters as they lead their respective causes. The art gets very shoujo-ish because there are lots of pages with just the characters' heads surrounded by splotches of light and dialogue. It contains a foundational element of UC Gundam -- a new telepathic race born from measures taken to protect the Earth's environment.

What about Angel Links
Its almost so bad its good.

(This is near the end of the series when they were clearly running low on funds and had to pool resources to animate Meifon's chest)
Really neat concept for the overall plot and for a few episodes. The execution was awful. So many just baffling decisions.

Major spoilers (off of memory its been years since I watched it):
There is a racism episode where the message is more or less "racism is bad unless you are actually superior then its good!" The crews doesn't really get any depth to them other than 3 characters and their apparent lust for crab legs. They try to make the main villain come off as a tragic figure at the end when the MF killed countless innocent people, Mainly the MCs "family" and the child the demon alien robot that is our protag is based on. Oh yeah the MC is revealed to actually be a demon alien robot clone made to kill the villain. That for some reason has an expiration date, making her creation potentially pointless if the big bad wasn't found/killed in that timeframe. I could go on.

It could have been excellent had they put an oz of the effort used to animate Meifon's boobs into the story.
The one episode where they fight space whalers is the only enjoyable one.

I presume that means you've seen Legend of the Galactic Heroes? If not, you've got some work to do.
