Yeah just forget that in ATLA there is open genocide by Lord Ozai and water benders being taken as slaves. The 'slavery apologist' just goes to Dobby wanting to continue being a house elf on his own free will, and that's disgusting because freed slaves didn't want to become their own people and do the same things oh no.

Summary of the Hogwarts Legacy situation as I see it:

  • JKR says stuff that's deemed "wrongthink" "transphobic" by SJWs
  • SJWs "cancel" JKR
  • a game comes out based on a series she created, so it's effectively declared boycotted by SJWs because JKR is "cancelled"
  • anyone not going along with that "declared boycott" is "doing the wrong thing"
  • and anyone "doing the wrong thing" by playing the wizard game can be "cancelled" by SJWs

In other words, this Hogwarts Legacy Current Thing is a combo of an attempted commie "struggle session" and totalitarian censorship -- disguised as "being considerate to the feelings of transgenders" -- by these wannabe communists for "the good" of "the community"?

Current Year really needs to end already.

These trannies and their enablers can seethe all they want but, as long as the story is good, no one actually cares if the "worldbuilding" isn't serious. This is something that non-tranny critics of Rowling's books struggle with, too, but these people on Twitter so I'm going to assume that they are all freaks.

It’s so funny how they all love to crow about subtext and read far far too much into things and making detailed head canons, and yet can’t conceive that Rowling going “yeah idk here are some more schools around the world,” doesn’t mean they are necessarily the ONLY ones. Or that yes, it’s lazy because she doesn’t care. At that point she was starting to hand more creative control to the execs and likely was sick of fan’s shit anyway. But seriously, they love their fanfic, why not just make up their own wizarding schools?
