Litigation Fund

Glad to finally have contributed to the site. Threw in my $100. Wish I could do more.
I hope they see how easy it was for this to be funded.

Also the more ability I have to give through card the better, I'm retarded when it comes to crypto.

And well, expect something very dry outside of people sperging on xitter about this. I also expect null will not be able to talk about details on more than a few occasions. Lets celebrate that this is starting but don't expect much to happen till a year or 3.
The real seething begins when te fund closes at
$410,000

Currently at $136005, which is 181% of the original goal but only 54.5% of a more realistic target of $250000. The 75k was to get to (1) jury trial alone; there will now be enemies of the forum who make it their mission to burn even more money on frivolous lolsuits and time-wasting bullshit. A quarter mil is a little bit closer to fuck you money while the 75k was more like I have a shot.
There's five figures worth of money orders in the mail that haven't been counted yet.

Soon, it's gonna be double to Goal Fund at 150,000 USD. Let's Fucking Go!
It's probably far past that. Unless crypto donos have been accounted for, those are still pending, as are money orders, checks, and cash in the mail that haven't made their way to the office to be counted as well.

I'd honestly be surprised if we weren't past 150k already due to those slightly slower methods of payment.

I want to thank all the Kiwis who have donated so far before me. You've given me enough confidence to necessarily trust in this donation platform and place a donation with Josh's trust account. I also want to point out that this isn't the end. There may be enough money banked to fund two lawsuits. There may even be enough to help Vinnie and fund a third lawsuit by the end of the week.

This is just the first stretch on a long march to Total Kiwi Victory.

I may be planning on getting a recurring payment set up for this account, if you can recommend it. I'd also encourage other kiwis to do so as well. If ~2/3 (1,000 total) of the users who voted "yes" in the poll donated $5 a month, every year KF could fund the majority of a new lawsuit. Assuming the average length of litigation is about 24 months, that means by the time these two suits are completed, there would be enough funds to cover $120,000 in new legal expenses. As a 5 year plan, that's $300,000 of legal expenses at the cost of $60/year, per user, or the average cost of a game console online subscription.

That's a helluva lot of mangosteen juice and Goldbelly, my friends.

In short, what this user stated:
As long as the fund is open, I will be donating. I'm building it into my budget. It's the least I can do to help give back for years of entertainment and community, and to protect an oasis of the old Internet in a sea of garbage.
Some of us are planning on doing this. Null, please keep us in the loop if you get dropped by your processor or council.

Made a donation. Hopefully won't be put on any watchlist I wasn't on beforehand.
In a perfect world, you never would be. In the US, at least, you SHOULDN'T be. Now, Canada, EU/Britain, etc, where they're all too happy to de-bank you, freeze your assests, and throw you in jail for the high crime of "misgendering" a tranny or disagreeing with their dictatorial governments is a different story. Even then, unless you're outright fed-posting or are a gayops/glownigger, which Null and others are pretty good at removing anyway, simply saying no-no words on a shitposting web forum doesn't warrant any illegal intrusion into your personal life, even in shithole countries. Proper opsec is good practice to keep prying eyes away from any activities you don't want big brother looking at anyway. Above all, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG OR ILLEGAL with donating to a legal defense fund. And there is actually legal precedent for protecting anonymous donations, ironically, from a website called Epic.🤣 Even then, subhumans like the negress cunt Kamala Harris are continually trying to tear that down. But as others have said, you wouldn't want to incur the wrath of a lawyer if you interfere with their money, and I don't think most troons are even that stupid.

Running total of the defense fund is now up to
$136555

Keep increasing the goal like Keffals did with the GoFundMe. :cans:

De-banking is an American (Jew) phenomenon that has rapidly spread to Europe you dumb mutt nigger. You have hundreds of political prisoners rotting away in musty cells at this very moment. Enjoy your constitution, amendments, and voting by mail.

I'm debating if I want to show disbursements on the site. It's a way to add transparency, but I also don't want it to become gameified by oppo and turn the green bar into a sort of healthbar.
I wouldn't give them any data for free.
Letting them know how much gas you have left in the tank, and how hard different motions hit you will only help them. If it becomes a long drawn out war of attrition you don't want them to know your about to go broke. You want them to think your still well funded so they think its a better idea to settle.
If your worried about being transparent then I think posting a report after the case is closed would satisfy that. People wouldn't be donating if we didn't trust you.

Someone else said "any lawyer could estimate your costs". Well lawyers don't work for free. Let them PAY for an estimate that may or may not be accurate.
Also if you start giving live breakdowns of what each thing costs then your going to have to deal with back seat drivers on the forum constantly 2nd guessing the cost/benefit of each move you make.

"One hundred and thirty five thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars," says the text-to-speech voice in its cheery Australian accent.

Elliot seethes. His fingers tighten around the bloodied dilator clenched in his left fist. He knows he should stop. The doctor said stress will make his eyesight degenerate even faster. He squeezes the dilator as hard as he can, white-knuckled, pretending it's Null's neck.

He refreshes the page.

"One hundred and thirty six thousand, five hundred and fifty five dollars."

His putrefying eyes begin to twitch.

The world grows dimmer.

He refreshes the page.

Generous Jersh is usually... well, generous with his time. It's probably worth asking any relatively sympathetic content creators to invite him on to discuss the campaign.
I did have a shortlist in mind, but I didn't want to presume Josh even had the time or inclination to speak to anyone. @Null just tagging you in case you have strong feelings one way or another.
