No, they just need slight bias. A couple percentage points. That's enough to get all the money from someone like ACP. You don't even need to cheat him. Just spread an honest game with a 1% hold and he'll give it up to you every time.

He actually gambles so badly and in such a degenerate way that even if you gave him a game where he had a 51% chance of winning, he'd go broke so often he'd never make money. I won't go off on a spergfest because degens here seem to get mad about those but the concept is "risk of ruin" and Kelly criterion betting is the cure for it if you do advantage gambling.
