Even their slacktivisim depends upon their gluttony and consooming. This is just incredible. They couldn't even be arsed to buy clean paper, they're drawing primary school marker doodles on bits of soft drink carton. All they need are some dried pasta glued onto black construction paper and it'll be absolutely perfect.

If I didn't know that these women were childless, but saw this picture, I'd wonder why their sprogs weren't in the photo with them.

So, their shitty elementary school drawings appear to be on normal white paper, not the cartons from their soft drinks, but each drawing has a matching piece of carton under it. Are they mailing their drawings in envelopes and using the cardboard to keep them from getting bent in the mail? If so, why not just draw your dumb pictures on white cardstock and make a homemade postcard? It would save postage, meaning more cards could be mailed, and it's not like a slightly battered postcard is going to get any less attention than an envelope full of trash. Plus, a postcard would display their super urgent message about Palestine to everyone involved in the distribution process, not just the final recipient.

I don't really get the point of this gesture, regardless of the specific details of its execution, but they could at least try to minimize how goddamn stupid the whole thing is.

I'm just impressed Julianna's catcher's mitts can still hold art supplies intended for use by children.

They’re reusing cardboard soda boxes for their watermelon cards. They actually have a stack of them on the table. Contemplating the amount of soda these two women go through in a week is mind boggling.

The pols will assume this was the work of an entire community of people-- perhaps they collected cardboard from all the small businesses on their street. They'll think it represents a much bigger chunk (no pun intended) of their constituents than it does. Like how the trucker convoys seemed way bigger than they were because the trucks were so big and loud and obstructive.

It's a brilliant tactic! The art all being done by one person can be explained by, idk, they all traced off the same thing.

Safe home canning, especially of meat, but also anything else, requires cleanliness. You've got to sanitize the jars (running them through the dishwasher works, if you've got one), wash all fruit and veg well, start with a clean work surface, and keep your work surface clean as you work.
