Litigation Fund

With the checks, I will probably add a paper money recognition page with credits that are semi-anonymous, i.e. L'Jarius Sneed for $500 would just be "L.S. $500", or similar. If there's zero identifying information it will say anonymous only.

Gonna send you some cash.

Just popping back in to confirm that my total of $107 donations did go through.

I was dumb doing it in four lots, it meant I had to pay non-sterling transaction fees four times.
What matters is that you contributed. When you have a few spare bucks, chip em in the pot.

We aren't hitting 1mil, let's hope we can even reach the wall of 200k. It would be nice to see 300k, but I'm cautiously optimistic we hit 200k at all.
Nah we hitting a quarter million the second one of the defendants has an online spergout and solicits donations of their own. A lot of us who donated will double dip the second we see the pain inflicted on them.

This isn’t a merch run where some people are donating out of obligation. It’s a legit cause and a lot of us trust Josh to give it his all. That’s where the $1k donations come from. I’d rather pay that for this year than for a package of“streaming services” as I’ll get more enjoyment out of following this case and I know unlike Hollywood Josh doesn’t want me dead, my race genocided, and my kids raped.

I spent days dealing with FCC complaints and ISP calls. A lot of us find it easier to donate money than time and if Josh says he needs more money there will be an immediate response.

When the other shoe drops with LFJ I'm expecting total chimpout and him pulling favors with every journo to try and get his own crowdfund going, especially considering what the plan is. I really hope when that happens we can count on the new bustling alt-media to support us.

If LFJ does go public, everything gets exposed. Whether The Media™ reports lies about it or people believe it is up to them. The forum is already going to contest the Epik accusations so the site already gets revealed in discovery. Im curious to see if he would rather slink in the shadows scaring ISPs and tech people than go pubic and risk the world knowing about his consent accident among other degenerate activities. Its a gambit that I would weigh carefully if I were him. Keffals and Brianna Wu getting caught red handed and nuking everything seems bellwether.

As a certain celebrity once pointed out, people naturally prefer to back a strong horse when they see it. Make sure you're in a position of confidence and strength before showing your hand to the fractured, fickle alt media audience.

I made a template for myself to send out to content creators and journalists that might be interested in covering this. I figured I would share it in case it helps anyone that’s wanted to contact the media but doesn’t know what to say. It might be terrible but it’s a template to start from.

Also if I got anything wrong, please tell me!! I haven’t started sending these out yet but I am in the morning. I’m thinking culture war accounts, podcasts, maybe non-pozzed tech outlets if they exist anymore? Maybe The Register?

Subject: Kiwi Farms Litigation Fund Reaches $75,000 Goal in Under 12 Hours

Dear [Journalist's Name],

Josh Moon, owner of the Kiwi Farms, has launched a litigation fund after domain registrar Epik LLC made false accusations that his website hosts child abuse material. The fundraising goal was met in under 12 hours after over 1,600 users pledged to financially support the cause. Epik responded by threatening to expose the identities of everyone contributing to this fund through discovery in a lawsuit.

The full details of the fund, as well as the accusations by public figures, activists, and corporations are available here:

https://lolcowfund.hardin.law/

Josh can provide unique insights into the challenges and importance of preserving free speech, fostering a dialogue that resonates with your audience. The public are not shouting from the rooftops about freedom of expression, but it’s clear from the donations still rolling in that people care about this issue.

Josh can be reached at null@kiwifarms.net.

Best regards,

Difficulty Level: Null not telling journalists to kill themselves.

Norton now blocks the fundraising site.
Norton is gay. If you have Windows Defender (assuming you use Windows in the first place), it is adequate enough, as long as you browse with an ad-blocker like Ublock Origin and don't blunder into obvious scam sites/click risky links.

Anyway, threw more money into the pot. Anything helps to continue the fight, especially since these people are litigious and annoyingly persistent.

Okay, I spoke with Hardin and for various reasons related to confidentiality he suggests the safest solution is to provide weekly summaries of donations, not anything more specific. You'll have to hold on to your MO receipts to check their status yourself.
Hardin seems to be giving good advice.

He recognizes the public spectacle and morale aspects of the fundraiser but wants to temper full transparency in the interest of confidentiality and probably to keep the troons guessing.

To bad this dude couldn't represent poor Vic.
