When (heh) I was deeply internet (and probably porn) addicted, and a good chunk of that was hanging out on 4chan's boards like /e/ a lot, I would save images off the board, often entire threads one image at a time. I never looked at them again, so I don't know what the fuck I was doing, but, it just seemed like the way to go. 10, 15 years later I ended up going through and sorting them all while I moved old windows profiles and downloads folders onto a new NAS.

It's probably not normal, no.

It does, actually, go away. The internet of 2023 is a vastly smaller place than the internet of 2003, and that's even more true in the realm of artist shit, since artists (especially Japanese artists) used to host their own websites and do webrings and linkbacks and even link sites and the like, but then everyone just moved to Tinami and Pixiv and similar sites, and not everything survived the move and then it turns out that was a trap and it let people have editorial control over you.

The sclera is the whites of your eyes. A common trope for nonhuman characters (Demons, mages, etc) is to change that color. For example, having the whites of a character's eyes be black for a demon, or glowing yellow/blue/whatever for some of the World of Warcraft races.
