Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Tucker is going to sit on that Putin interview until Sunday, isn't he?
He better not. I can't find where I read it but I want to say he's promised to air the entire filming with no cuts or edits. Maybe I imagined that but that's the way to do this and if so there's zero reason to hold it back. Every unnecessary day that passes will only add justifiable criticism to the whole thing.

There is more movement on the Front I would show you the videos of it but I can't upload them unfortunately.
So all I have are battlefield updates. Not quite as much movement today but still some mostly in the Donetsk region.

Nevelskoe somewhat near Donetsk saw some movement.

Movement somewhat near Ulgledar near Georgievka. A lot of these battles seem to be shaping battles designed to capture certain territory.

But of course the big news is Avdeevka. I wouldn't mention it except there are two interesting things going on. The first is the rumors of a Ukrainian retreat there which is interesting because it is far too late and now almost pointless. At this point it might have been better to simply fight a last stand for the city considering how many people Ukraine will lose trying to Retreat. Ukraine picked the worst of both world. You lose a lot of men by staying for so long but you also don't get to force Russia to pay to take it. If true this suggests indecision amongst the general staff. This could be caused by a variety of reasons.

The other interesting thing is just the absurd amount of FABs dropped in Avdeevka. For those who don't know Russia has a ton of old Soviet 250/500kg unguided bombs laying around. So what has been done is cheap fins which can act as a guidance kit when the bomb falls have been installed. This is great because it is extremely cheap and because it is 250-500 kg of explosives it does a lot. They are precision munitions as well which makes them quite effective. Another benefit is that aircraft that drop these things can do so from really high meaning they don't have to be vulnerable to air defense or anti-air weaponry in order to drop them .

The Russian Air Force is now conducting a large amount of ground support missions. It snuck up on us but it is true. I'm hearing something like 100 FABs are being dropped a day.

So True
Again, Putin has given hours upon hours of press conferences and interviews in the past two years where he takes all questions and gives very informed answers. Whether you agree with him or not at least he can speak intelligently on a vast number of subjects compared to Western leaders who speak in platitudes and gibberish. Western media is flat out lying to your face with that stuff, that's why this has them so terrified.
I would even say Putin is a bit dry as a speaker. I enjoy that somewhat but for most people he is far too intellectual especially in regards to how often he references history.

100% agree! I grew up on dry, boring politics until Rush Limbaugh came along and became a billionaire making it outrage-entertainment content. Well here we are now though and I believe The People are dying to go back to some dry, boring politics.

They're literally dying for it.

Tucker added to Myrotovets, the hohol enemies list for being an American who did an interview with the Dark Lord Putin, in Moscow Mordor.

You probably have a sexier voice too lol
I've see a cope about Myroblahblahblah that it's not a kill list per say, but it's a way for the Ukrainian government to name and shame "pro-Russian propagandist."

Even if that were true, and I'm being completely fucking serious here, if my name ended up on a foreign government's website for the crime of saying things they don't like my immediate assumption is that they are planning to kill me. There is no other way to interpret the existence of that site as anything but a threat and anyone saying otherwise is lying to you.

Now it seems certain Avdeevka will fall what hope do the Ukrainians honestly have? This was meant to have been the most heavily manned and fortified place in Ukraine (maybe the whole of Europe?) and the Russians seem to be taking it with less trouble than they had with Bakhmut.

It's clear if Avdeevka can be captured seemingly without catastrophic casualties for Russia, ANYWHERE can be. Ukraine is fucked, they must realise this. For all the other thread likes to constantly repeat talking points about Russian "meat wave" "zombie" attacks it's clear the Russians are learning and adapting and in fact growing stronger.

They will still have their cope, and will proceed to be delusional until some time has passed after Putin announcing that they have achieved their objectives and will not be retaking any more land and will just defend what they are currently holding.

At that point the war will be over, and as Ukraine slowly realizes that they won't be regaining land they will realize that all of the deaths were for nothing

Has Russia published a map of what all they will be intending to take, or has anyone put together a best guess that assumes they will only be taking enough to guard what they are currently holding?

And then Ukraine and the entire West will declare glorious victory.
