Crossposts from Rekieta thread:

Rekieta got half-shamed into responding by his chat on Monday:

He was full-shamed into responding last night, describing the order to pay $376,592.93 as "not much":
After responding sarcastically (quoted above) to someone who brought up how much Vic was ordered to pay on Monday night, on his show last night, his next show after cancelling the Tuesday one), he finally responded to someone directly asking in the chat.

Nick summarizes what happened: "If you really want to talk about the order for Vic to pay, there you go: there's a judgment, and now he's ordered to pay, not much."

Nick adds: "I don't know anything about the case anymore."

The only thing I'll agree with is Johnson was pretty badass.

It was Ty's case to lose, but it was Sam who saw the notary fuckery and brought it to the court's attention.

If he hadn't it's quite possible it would have skated by and eventually found to be moot in the future.

LawTwitter dude says that there was supposed to be a hearing today that was cancelled, and that he talked to the court coordinator and the case appears to be over.

Vic must have checked underneath his couch cushions and found a cool half million or something.

All in all, it certainly looks like karma has hit Funi in a special sort of way with their closure. In some sense it's sad that a lot of people who had nothing to do with Funi's ills will probably lose their jobs while the scumbag actors themselves will continue to find work in the industry, but it is what it is.

As for Vic, assuming the GoFundMe is still locked up tight, he may have actually gotten off as best he could given the circumstances. Last I checked it was a hair under 300k, so that should shave quite a bit of the damage off. Assuming Beard didn't stiff Vic with a huge bill of his own.

The faggot subhuman @Dyn doesn’t actually give a shit about any of that. He just wants to trash someone who is superior to him in every way because “believe all fat lying jealous hogs” or some such. He talks like he was in the room or can read minds and just knows Vic did something “wrong” because the thousand-pound sisters said so.
You have been here long enough to know Dyn is just stirring the pot.

Hopefully Ty is only just a retard and not a pussy. If he pays out Vic's judgment, at least gay pants man is no worse off economically, and only slightly worse off socially.

This is why you do not judge the value of legal representation by what the guy is costing you. Because if he's costing you $300,000+ and all that's happened in the case is a motion to dismiss, he MAY just be RIPPING YOU OFF.

Sam Johnson not only charged reasonable rates considering what a lunatic case this turned out to be, he got the other lawyers in the case to do most of the work that won it for his client.

Yeah if there is one legal rep who came out of this looking great it's the Mall Master Sam Johnson. Dude did great by his client, didn't make a mess of proceedings like Lemon Party, kept his fees reasonable, and made everyone else do the work. Solid all around.

And let's look at another case. A not very wealthy man, Montagraph, has managed to rape Nick Rekieta anally for something like $15K.

It doesn't take $300,000 to fuck a pathetic idiot faggot up the ass when he's wrong.
