Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Norm Macdonald. His humour is extremely subtle, and without a witty appreciation of Norm’s setup and delivery most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Norm’s lackadaisical tone, which is deftly woven into his characterisation onstage. His fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people like Tomlinson who dislike Norm Macdonald truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Norm’s existential catchphrase "I’m not gay, I’m deeply closeted," which itself is a allegorical treatise of Jungian Philosophy’s take on the human condition. I'm smirking right now just imagining that pepperoni eating simpleton scratching his head in confusion as Norm’s genius wit unfolds itself in front of him. What a fat fool.. how I pity him…

Good work, now do the rest of the pasta.

He's just been getting welfare checks. Those tend to either be a police officer checking up on you or the fire department. Paramedics would be more costly if they're a separate entity like they are here. Ride alone from them is over $400.
He's claimed just about everything as a swatting, from reports of a gas leak (thanks a lot Niki) to the fire department being called to another house on his street. No doubt it has been a serious nuisance, but he has zero credibility on the numbers.

This is my favorite part. "Legitimized by journalists" is such a mind-bendingly stupid phrase that I don't even have the words to make fun of it properly.

Well, that and putting clown emojis all over her... whatever that image is supposed to be. They cut deep.

edit: doh, wrong thread, oh well. I'm talking about Jackie obviously.
Hey, no worries, I knew immediately which fat Kiwi-Farms-hating bitch you were talking about!

He is just mediocre. He isn’t an amazing retard like Chris Chan.
It takes some insane dedication or fantastic lack of talent to create something as consistently bad as sonichu, then troon out and become such a wonderfully bizarre piss poor excuse for a lunatic.
Pat's such a boring motherfucker he's only entertaining when he's losing his shit (DOYOUHAVEANYIDEA) and even then we have to make shit up about him turning niggers into bologna and letting other niggers flatulate into his wife.

Lol whenever Fatrick gets featured we always get more than a few Kiwis deciding it would be worth their time to make posts about how boring of a cow Fatrick is.

You think Fatrick is boring, I think Chris Chan peaked years ago and gambling addiction rage isn't funny. Tomato, tomato.

He is boring in the sense that he's such a milquetoast person. He's endlessly entertaining in his narcissistic dedication to always being right.

Or Franz Kafka if he was grotesquely fat.

One morning, when Jennifer Tomlinson woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin.

The problem with that, child, is that Jennifer has always been horrible vermin. Enjoy the Penal Colony, stalker.

The ADL estimates there were over 1,000 swatting incidents in 2019, but the true figure is unclear as there is no federal statute against swatting that would enable convictions to be recorded.
They seem to have confused America for Britain.

while regular citizens such as Mr Tomlinson are exposed to the very real danger of being shot by police.
Mr Tomlinson notes the dangers posed by heavily militarised US police departments.
“If one of these calls came in in Nottingham England, they wouldn’t show up with ballistic shields and sub-machine guns. That’s why it’s so dangerous, that’s why it’s attempted murder.”
Mr Tomlinson wants to see repeat swatters charged with attempted murder and terrorism.
“You’re not dealing with internet trolls here, these are hardened criminals,” he told The Independent.
“You have to treat it like a domestic terror cell, they get off on creating chaos and trying to harm people. And in order to keep chasing that high they are only going to escalate.”
They don't show up to Rick's house like this. And he is not in fact in "very real danger" and his rambling about "hardened criminals" and "domestic terror cell" is complete gibberish that means nothing.

Experts say swats not only place the victims in danger of being shot by police, they also cost law enforcement around $10,000 per callout.
Gregory Winger, a cyber security expert and assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati, told The Independent that current laws are not fit to properly punish or deter swatters.

"Expert" on "activies" within the U.S.-Philippine Alliance maybe. And whatever "reasearch" is.

Mr Tomlinson said he has reported each swat to the Milwaukee PD
I'd imagine they already know about it.

Mr Tomlinson also filed a lawsuit in 2020 to try to force the internet service provider Cloudflare to reveal the names of the individuals behind the website.
The request to subpoena Cloudflare was denied by the Superior Court of California after a judge ruled it fell under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which shields blogs and social media sites from problematic content on their platforms posted by third parties.
This is not what happened and it's pretty amazing the journalist and his editors didn't bother to confirm any of this while linking to it. Nor is it what Section 230 does which is normal for journalists but unique in that they appear to have taken Jennifer's word as to what it means.
