I’m surprised this hasn’t come up here in this thread. Most of the replies are troons and sympathizers trying to say that the ikea shark is just a trans icon and the TRA wasn’t trying to mock her. I know fox news sucks, but I’m always astonished by how dishonest and cruel troons are while also whining about acceptance and empathy.

This absolutely enrages me. These males can so candidly tell women to get the fuck over their trauma because they want to be validated more in women's spaces. They're always like this. Please take your English as a Second Language class again, Paulo. Teenagers cannot consent to any sexual activity with an adult, it is still a terrible sexual crime, but it is not legally considered rape, because rape is unwanted penetration with a penis, and women don't have penises.

On Wednesday, a district judge in Pontiac, Michigan, denied small claims petitions from a pair for former lovers who were battling each other in court.
The claims centered around the testicles of Brianna Kingsley, also known as Zahrah Bri-Zee Muharib, who identifies as a Muslim woman.
Kingsley, a transgender woman, has claimed that her ex-boyfriend, William Wojciechowski, 'retains possession of my surgically extracted testicles, preserved in (a) Mason jar, kept in (the) fridge next to the eggs' and demanded the 'immediate return of my human remains specimen and damages of $6,500.'
Judge Jeremy Bowie ruled 'it's a wash' after hearing a testimony from Kingsley, 40, and Wojciechowski, 37, in regard to the testicle drama.

After Kingsley's initial handwritten filing, Wojciechowski filed a counterclaim, also seeking $6,500 in damages, because he claims he was 'humiliated' by news coverage of the debacle.

Following their break-up, Wojciechowski filed a personal protection order against Kingsley, which Kingsley violated in January, 2023.

The violation landed Kingsley a $100 fine and a three-day incarceration at the Oakland County Jail.

'We allow a one-time visit with a Sheriff's officer in situations like that for people to go back to get their belongings,' the judge said.

'Ms. Kingsley failed to retrieve the testicles from the refrigerator at that time... If they were so important to her, she had the opportunity to grab them, and she didn't.'

Wojciechowski revealed that he threw the testicles away in July because they were decaying in his refrigerator.

'They were rotting in my fridge, and it was disgusting - I've got food in there I wanted to eat,' Wojciechowski told the judge.

'She didn't keep them in a biohazard container like she was supposed to.'

Judge Bowie told Kingsley that he couldn't do much to help her now that the testes had been chucked away, and questioned where she had pulled the $6,500 amount from.

Wojciechowski revealed that he threw the testicles away in July because they were decaying in his refrigerator. 'They were rotting in my fridge, and it was disgusting - I've got food in there I wanted to eat,' he told the judge

The pair of former lovers met on Facebook Community in April 2020 and moved in together in 2021, living in a Pontiac house bought by Wojciechowski.

Kingsley revealed that she put her surgically removed testicles in a mason jar which she stored in the couple's fridge, saying 'because I deal with trauma with comedy. Shakespeare did it.'

This is true in England and Wales, at least, but it's not universally true everywhere.
