More than anything, even more than being a degenerate weirdo, I think the inconsistency is killing any good will that might still exist.
I listen to MATI, and whenever he cancels I notice because I look forward to it and expect it to be part of my Tuesday/Fridays. Obviously that's forgivable because we all know Dear Leader's real job is holding this place together with duct tape and hope, not streaming. But if he cancelled more than he streamed I'd stop getting my hopes up and stop listening.
To then come back and explain that he couldn't stream because he, alone in the world, is incapable of having a part time job while also raising children along with his nanny and stay-at-home wife is just insulting on top of disappointing. It always sounds like he's lecturing his listeners. They're naughty children, not adults with jobs and children of their own, jobs they presumably manage to attend more than 50% of the time.
He is used to his weeb and alienated fans doting on his word because they saw him as a bit of a father figure. Nick has expressed in his rants late 2022 that he is not that Inteenet Daddy, but he still wants people to act like it. The general public is not so pliable, and I am sure Nick is confused as to why the audience isn't just following him into whatever the fuck he does like they used to.
Congratulations, Nick! You manages to alienate your inordinately loyal fan base, and now you have to act with common courtesy that people expect of you. You are bow playing life on normal mode instead of easy.
He is either lying, or picked up a single client just recently for the purpose of maintaining his license and "owning the Kiwi Farms".
Otherwise he would have absolutely brought up that he still has clients at some point during his various seething rants.
Glad we could shame you into doing your job, Nick.
I think this is a just a new excuse because the old ones were running thin. He has evolved lately, and he cannot pull the 'sick card' again so soon.
