It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

BUT the clear intent of the written piece is to click bait and make people think oh shit it’s Ebola.

I find that a very odd thing. Why was this piece written and why is it front page?
You answered your own question, but I don’t think it’s in a gmans starting rona 2, it’s more “if I make it sound infectious it will get more click” because jurnos

The Chinese may have invented tractor beams
The heart of this prototype ‘force gun’ device is a magnetized coaxial gun. This gun generates waves of high-energy gas, charged with electrons, creating plasma rings.

These rings, shaped like tori, contain charged particles—both ions and electrons—that can freely respond to electric and magnetic fields.

Crucially, the discharge current of the plasma ring generates a magnetic field, which, in turn, induces a current in the plasma. This process creates a magnetic field that opposes the initial one, and this cycle continues until the magnetic field lines become “frozen” in the plasma.

This allows the magnetic force to be projected over a considerable distance via the plasma ring.

Jesus Hepatitis Christ, my mother tried to do this same shit to me on my 18th. It was fucking embarrassing, and deeply disgusting since she had walked out of my life and abandoned her single mother duties not once but twice to go be a whore herself, and I guess she thought this kinda retardation would make up for her shit parenting somehow.

I feel like when mothers do shit like this, it's from a narcissistic place of worrying about how their child's (lack of) sex life reflects on themselves as a parent, and not to do with what their child actually wants.
Holy fuck it makes me uncomfortable that this is common enough for this one woman - let alone however many more might be doing it as well - to make a chunk of her living off of it.

The jews are digging tunnels again. I was very surprised to see it hasn’t been mentioned on the Farms yet. Unfortunately, I’m currently mobilefagging so I can’t write a proper thread about it.

The Israeli military said on Saturday that it has found a network of tunnels under the Gaza headquarters of the United Nations agency that provides aid to Palestinians, also known as UNRWA. It said that Hamas stored electrical supplies in the tunnels and that the UNRWA headquarters supplied the tunnels with electricity.

The Israeli military also said that it had discovered weapons inside the rooms of the UNRWA building, including rifles and explosives.

UNRWA head Philippe Lazzarini said on Saturday that UNRWA did not know what was underneath its headquarters and that it had evacuated the building on Oct. 12 when Israel ordered people to leave Gaza City.

Man’s childhood dog that went missing 4 years ago found alive and safe

A family is in disbelief after their dog, missing for four years, was found alive and safe.

Patches became Benjamin Baxter’s childhood dog 10 years ago when she was just 6 weeks old. The two were instant best friends.

“I would be hunting, rock climbing or whatever, and she’d be right there,” he said. “And she was the only dog I’ve ever been around that actually loved rock climbing. But she’d always have this big, goofy grin on her face the whole time.”

In 2020, Baxter had to leave Patches with a family friend in Calhan, Colorado, after he moved to Nebraska because his apartment didn’t allow pets.

“She decided that she would take Patches from me until I could find another place where I could have a dog with me,” he said.

Just a few months later, in April 2020, Patches escaped her kennel and disappeared, and Baxter tried to find her.

“By day seven, I started realizing that we weren’t going to find this dog and I was devastated,” he said.

On Jan. 31 of this year, Baxter’s wife, Elizabeth Baxter, got a call from his mom.

“She’d been getting missed calls from an area code in New Mexico saying that they had Patches, and she’s like is this a scam, is this not? I don’t know,” Elizabeth Baxter said.

However, Patches had been found as a stray in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

“All in all, like, considering the circumstance of her being found on the street as a stray, like, she looks very, very good,” Benjamin Baxter said.

Multiple shelters worked to bring Patches back to Benjamin Baxter’s family friend in Colorado.

Now, Benjamin Baxter and Patches are waiting to be finally reunited.

“We’ve got lots of time to make up for,” he said. “And I just want to give her a place where she can be at peace and be at rest in these last couple of years that we’re going to get together.”

Missouri mother burns baby to death inside oven after claiming she mistook it for a crib: officials
Missouri Mother, Mariah Thomas, was arrested after she claimed placed her infant daughter in an oven she mistook for a crib.
A Missouri mother burned her one-month-old baby to death in an oven — and then claimed to police that she mistook the cooker for a crib, officials said. Cops described the scene in the Kansas City home as “gruesome,” after the tot belonging to mom Mariah Thomas was found badly burnt and not breathing Friday, according to The Guardian.

Thomas told authorities she “was putting her child down for a nap, and accidentally placed the child in the oven instead of the crib,” according to Fox 4. Mariah Thomas, of Kansas City, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and death of a child. Ozzy Osbourne Says He Denied Kanye West’s Request to Sample ‘War Pigs’ on New Album: ‘He Is an Antisemite’
Ozzy Osbourne has called out Kanye West on X for sampling a live version of “War Pigs” without permission, describing him as “an antisemite [who] has caused untold heartache to many.”
LOL. I kind of wonder how those permissions work. Osbourne didn't write the lyrics, that was bassist Geezer Butler, I know that much.
Well, as evident from that snippet, they don't actually work, because Osbourne couldn't deny shit.
I suspect it also falls under "transformative use" or whatever. There's a trendy photographer just taking photos of people's photos and paintings and selling them for more and that counts as "transformative".
From the article:
plus, Osbourne and his wife Sharon dressed up as West and his wife Bianca Censori for Halloween last year
West has been at the center of controversy ever since he proclaimed on X in October 2022 that he would go “death con 3 on Jewish people.”
That's more than a year of liking the rapist nigger before he decided to randomly jew out.
Also the rapist nigger is "Ye" now. Why is it ok to deadname him?

Russis just sentenced a married pair of pedophile pornographers to, respectively, life in Special Regime (male) and 17 years (female; females sadly don't get literally life or Special Regime but she's 52 so it's effectively life). The male was raping a boy they adopted and his male classmate on the regular, and attacked another, random boy. The female was raping their newborn girl (the girl is 13 now).

Russia doesn't have "counts" so sentences for serial crimes of first-time offenders are usually horrifically light, especially when victims aren't permanently crippled or killed. It's good to see pedos getting as close to the Promised Woodchipper as legally possible.

Sweetpea, the tiny pup who stole the show in Puppy Bowl 2024, passed away from kidney illness

The tiniest puppy to ever participate in the Puppy Bowl died unexpectedly on her way to the hospital for a check-up, according to Bosley Place.

Sweetpea, who was born on July. 1, 2023, in Tennessee and raised in Georgia, passed away on Nov. 20, 2023, due to a deformed kidney. Jennifer Siegel, the animal director at Bosley's Place, confirmed to USA TODAY.

"Sweetpea lived a charming life," Siegel said. "She was very loving. Everyone loved Sweetpea. We knew when she came to our rescue, she was going to be a medical nightmare. We made sure she was taken care of well and gave her the best life possible with her short life expectancy."

Puppy Bowl shot months before Super Bowl

The Puppy Bowl was filmed in October 2023 and aired on Feb. 11 – Super Bowl Sunday. This year's Puppy Bowl was the 20th edition of the event, a milestone for a program that reached more than 13 million viewers last year, according to Animal Planet.

Siegel told USA TODAY, during the production, that she knew Sweetpea would steal hearts. Sweetpea, at 1.7 pounds, became the tiniest puppy to have ever competed in the Puppy Bowl, according to Animal Planet.

After production, on Nov. 5, 2023, Sweetpea worked the kissing booth for Bosley's Birthday Bash, the rescue's annual fundraiser. Sweetpea kissed hundreds of people there for an event that brought in over $26,000, Siegel said.
A few weeks later, a tragedy happened. Siegel was taking Sweetpea to her first check-up with the University of Georgia when Sweetpea died on her lap in the car. An autopsy later revealed that she passed away because her kidneys were deformed, and she wasn't able to process protein.

"She should be looked at as a legacy for rescue," Siegel said. "Sweetpea had a great life and brought a smile to thousands of people's faces."

Transatlantic Boeing Flight forced to turn around when almost all of the bathrooms malfunction
The latest headache for tortured American aircraft manufacturer Boeing led to even more for 200-plus passengers aboard a KLM flight from the Netherlands to California on Monday after the 787 Dreamliner was forced to turn around after eight of the nine bathrooms on board stopped functioning.

Data from trusted flight-tracking service Flightradar24 appears to suggest that the plane's pilots considered heading back to Amsterdam after first learning of the issue as early as an hour into the flight, circling north of the UK before continuing west.

However, the plane ultimately turned back over Greenland and landed in Amsterdam after six-plus hours in the sky.
