So what they're saying here is that this gentleman Elliot, who goes by the name of Liz Fong-Jones, is a rapist. That means when Liz Fong-Jones (lizf@honeycomb.io), who uses the username of lizthegrey on multiple platforms, who is the field CTO of the tech company Honeycomb (the same honeycomb.io that specializes in observability platforms on their website https://www.honeycomb.io) says that they committed a "consent accident", Liz Fong-Jones is admitting that they are a rapist and that they raped somebody because they love rape:

I understand that she's feeling suicidal and traumatized, but... it is counterproductive to try to attack me to the point of me becoming suicidal too. This was always going to be a mistake I was going to regret for the rest of my life
