Summer really fucking fumbled the bag with the fake rape claims. There's a degree to which we should also blame Channing for influencing the idea (I would almost best Channing suggested that she was definitely raped) but regardless Summer is in control of her actions. The lying about an "ongoing investigation" is even gayer, because it's either fake and is just something she uses to reinforce her world view, or it's real and she's wasting police resources that could be better spent investigating actual abuse and rape on something that never happened.
After a month or two more of stream appearances where she talks about the Tank to nobodies, she'll probably keep repeating the claims and then they'll be added to some .png Channing makes that will be posted by Hyde-haters and nobody's opinion will change on him. She will have no further relevance.

I didn't perceive that as defending his behavior. I transcribed part (the end) of the argument because the guy attacking Summer is clearly exceptional.

Another summer interview tour. Now with Betty to double the BPD. Mostly talking about dolls. The only notable things are some guys attempting to rob her (should have stayed in Kansas) and her becoming a born-again Christian after experiencing a near-death experience in the hospital. 1. a reason that you give to explain why you did something wrong
I don't think this fits into the context in which she used it, since "it's not a reason, but it is a reason" would be nonsensical. It would not be double-speak.
2. a false reason that you give to explain why you do something:
This definion fits the way she used it, as a false reason is not the same as a true reason. "mental health is not a false reason, it is a true reason". This isn't double speak either. A false reason would be a lie, a true reason would be a truth. It depends on what you think is true or not, if you think Jon is excusing his actions on mental illness (you can't know, probably even he doesn't know) or they really are because of it. You can make your subjective judgement on whether you believe it's true or not.
"mental health is not an excuse, but he has autism so..." (unverified quote, I'm trusting you it's correct) isn't double speak either. If you consider autism as a reason, not an excuse. The thing she was trying to say is "it's not an excuse, it's a reason" the same as before. She's not trying to say "mental health is not a reason, but he has autism (a reason)" which would mean either she didn't consider autism a mental health issue, or was trying to do double-speak.

She's obsessed with her thread. Every time she spergs on her socials, she always checks her thread whether we talk or post about it. You can see it from her behavior during the show where she put her bed in the hallway just to eavesdrop other contestants in bedroom 3 if they're gossiping her or not. She's currently thread-banned and reply by posting on her profile. Even then, I would like to see her getting unbanned since this is only place where she couldn't easily delete her ramblings.

I try to dig into the origin of the voicemails. Contrary to popular belief, the voicemails were not leaked first on 4chan. They were leaked first on the largest fishtank discord server by user Jet Neptune's Voicemail, an obvious sock account.
The user posted the voicemails at 02:20 AM EST. December 30, 2023. Three minutes earlier before the original 4chan post.
The user mocked Jet and said he should bring Summer back into the tank.
The user also posted the T-Mobile logo.
It is important to note because if you look into Jet Neptune's dox, you can see his phone numbers including his main number. If you check his main number carrier, you will find that his carrier is T-Mobile. Suggesting it could be a sim swap or Jet attempting to obfuscate.
The user also hoped for Shinji to win the tank which obviously didn't happen. The user might be supporting both Shinji and Summer during the show.
There are also several posts made by them that I consider irrelevant but I will post it for archival sake
