Not necessarily, some women never want to be pregnant, even in a committed relationship and forcing her to keep an unwanted pregnancy is forced pregnancy.
If you agree to have sex, you agree to accept a risk of pregnancy. You might could make a case that if someone lied to a woman and told her she wouldn't get pregnant when she actually would somehow, then she didn't agree to get pregnant. But even then, to say that she can now kill the child because she didn't want to be pregnant is total nonsense. This would be like telling a woman that being a parent is easy, and then when she actually has a newborn and discovers that it's actually hard, agreeing that she has the right to kill the infant and be rid of it since she was deceived about being a parent.
