My armchair diagnosis is autism. It's a meme, but it does make people susceptible to all-or-nothing thinking (people are either with you or against you, a cause is either all good or all bad), obsessive focus on one thing at a time at the exclusion of all else, difficulty understanding people's motives and feelings and taking them at face value, social awkwardness, strange body language, facial expressions and eye contact, stubbornness, poor emotional regulation etc.
There's a lot of high-functioning spergs who can do comedy precisely because they're somewhat detached from society and can make observations on it, and who get very successful at whatever career they do because they can focus hard on it for a long time. And in some areas like the arts, you can get away with a lot of autism and just be considered an eccentric or a bit of a diva. So he's much more high-functioning than OPL but I reckon he's further on the spectrum than most. That's probably why he's fat too, the terfs have been feeding him chicken tendies.

She is a lolcow too but she'd called out Hayton, and The Mess co-host Arty Morty for excusing or encouraging autogynephilia, and this led to Glin recording and posting a supposedly candid and unintentionally hilarious video of himself bursting into tears and bemoaning in-fighting and betrayals etc.)

I'm not sure what the situation is with his finances or what to believe on that one, but it's true that he is an equivocating centrist retard who believes troons are valid as long as they're nice to him personally. He may as well go all in at this point, the troons aren't going to support him anyway and he'd make much better arguments for safeguarding and come across better if he were consistent. Glinner's been tying himself up in knots trying to defend his pet troon this week.
David "Debbie" Hayton is a notorious AGP who is open about that fact: that is, he admits the whole trans thing is a fetish, but he does it full time, in public, and in front of the children he teaches, and he does it even though he knows it makes his wife and kids fucking miserable. He's also joked about still using women's toilets, and he helped write the NASUWT transgender guidance for schools, which says that men and boys should be allowed in the girls' toilets and changing rooms if they claim to be trans. His schtick is going on news shows as "one of the good ones" and saying that he is a man with a fetish, and weirdly this is lauded by the more credulous "gender critical" people.
He has a book out (with plenty of logrolling by Graham and their pal Stella O'Malley), and he's been the subject of a couple of puff pieces in The Times and the Daily Mail, by journalists who are usually pretty reliably pro-TERF.
This led to another split in the gender critical movement, such as it is, with the "GC Ultras" saying that Dave should be treated the same as any other creepy man and there are no true transsexuals, and the "moderates" saying that it's just polite to use "she/her" for him because he's a "good" troon and admits he's a man.

As always, whenever there's an internal split (like Dave's vaginoplasty lol), Graham wades in and cries about it. He's been defending Dave in screeds like this and accusing all the anonymous TERFs of being connected to some random account who goes by Grace O'Malley. These being the same anonymous TERFs who dutifully pay for his Substack and book and crowdfunders and have kept him afloat the last few years. The replies are mostly people trying to tell him Dave's a dirty old man and he's been groomed, but he's not having any of it and goes off in a huff when told.

Kellie-Jay Keen has done a few videos about exactly this. Dave has apparently got two safeguarding campaign groups (Safe Schools Alliance and Keep Prisons Single Sex), blocked on Twitter. There was a similar TERF bust-up about Phil Illy rocking up to the Genspect conference in an ugly blue velvet dress and armwarmers(?) and saying openly he did it for his fetish. I wish I could remember the blog but it was promoted years ago by some handmaiden from the skeptic community by some tranny whose basic argument was “I think I’m a woman, I pump my body full of female hormones, I’m magically a woman now, check mate atheists.”

I do think Glinner sees himself as the most cancelled person ever and therefore anything he does having been through this ordeal should not be questioned. This level of victimhood is on par with Haytons so it seems like a somewhat natural alliance for them to have. I do also like the theory above of having a pet troon as a defence for transphobia. IIRC that was partly why he was disillusioned with troonery, because the gender clinics were putting healthy kids on the same drugs they use for nut cancer.
