Litigation Fund

Oh well, guess I was too optimistic on how long mail takes to cross the US. Next week for sure.
Hopefully next week will be more. It takes a while to get a disguise and take a Greyhound to three towns over as an alibi, hitchhike home instead and buy the money order, then mail it along with 10 decoys. People are busy and it hadn't even been up a whole week on Wednesday. This is that "friction" Null talks about.

Did you find a solution to the payment stuff with them wanting to limit further payments? Also, would it be possible to have periodical updates on the total amount including money orders and crypto?
He only gets the mail orders once per week: Each Saturday, the money orders that arrived by the previous Wednesday are deposited, so there will probably be an update every Saturday with the mail order and crypto total.

Hopefully next week will be more.
Provided the USPS didn't lose my envelope, I know there will be more next week.
In hindsight maybe I should have gone with a trackable service, just in case.

The biggest friction was having to cut enough magazines up for the long ass name of the law office twice, plus the address.

That's what you get for using the post office instead of just having a third-world sex worker swallow a condom full of money order and fly it directly to Josh, like a normal donor.

Keep in mind that just from the continental US you are expecting up to 3 weeks in most cases. Elsewhere it could be around a month. Check your money order receipt once per week to see when it gets cashed. The 4 received money orders probably came from people living near to DC.

Also, 4 money orders for 2600 implies 2 $1000 1 $500 1 $100 as the most likely arrangement. So I think the average payment value of money orders is likely to be higher that average card amounts.
Using the friction analogy, perhaps this is because only receiving the payments with a 'force' high enough to overcome the friction of money orders means a higher received 'money force' on average. But less total money.

finally! there's a couple lurker friends i know that i'm going to point them at that site to get an overview to see if they want to kick some cash into the fight.

i put this in about a week ago but it's still there, not sure what i'm doing wrong
The spastic in me wants to hate you for your (lack) of cable management but that was pretty funny.

As for the fix, you obviously need to put the bill in one of your PCI slots and wait for the sparks and fire, that means it was successfully transferred to cyberspace.

I’m not one to ask for specifics for obvious reasons, but I hope that Null and Hardin have plans to take these cases to the Supreme Court in the likely case federal courts cucks out in at least one lawsuit like the 10th Court of Appeals judge did in the Greer case. $193K does not sound like it’s nearly enough.

I don’t buy that our enemies want to avoid court except for maybe Russell Greer who’s currently begging for more time so he can get funding for a lawyer instead of going pro se. Epik had the audacity to claim Kiwi Farms hosted CP with zero evidence and only deleted most of their defamatory statements when the litigation funding exceeded even Null’s expectations. Elliot William Fong is a well-connected troon that will have millions of dollars dropped on his lap along with an ideological attorney ready to lie through his teeth. These people want Kiwi Farms - as well as Null and all who support it - to die because it is one of, if not the only website that allows people to be honest about what they think of the miserable state of the world we live in. They would love to go to court. Especially Elliot who’s #1 goal in life is to destroy a website who dares to mock trannies and his admittance of his “consent accident” (aka rape).

If the lawsuit against Elliot reaches the U.S. Court of Appeals, I’m not very hopeful on the outcome. The 9th U.S. Court of Appeals is the most liberally biased of the federal court districts and it is likely that Jones will get the court case moved there. If that happens, expect a ruling in the troon’s favor even in light of ironclad proof. That’s why we need more money to get this case up to the Supreme Court in the hopes that two of Justice John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett will rule in our favor.

It goes without saying we have a massive uphill battle here, but as we know, fighting is the only way to save the website. If anyone can stand up to these monsters, it’s Null and the hundreds, if not thousands of people with savage convictions.

I don't know if the 9th swung back under Biden but it actually went a lot more centrist under the Trump admin, the northeastern circuits were a lot more liberal a few years back. Saying it was the "wacky one" was very Bush era.

If Honeycomb is attached then that seems more likely. On the other hand if it's just LFJ I don't think he has any claim to California any more being that he spends his time in Canada and Australia.

All I do know is whatever happens will be a giant shitshow and Lolcow LLC is going to need a bunch more money.

One of the more conservative Orange Man appointees is literally a gay Filipino, which makes me chuckle.
