Well, there goes her lie about not having a stomach. You can clearly see it and it's big.
I want to point out that Emily said it herself, you do not have to log into the site to see what is on it. That is how she was stalking Wanderer and she probably does that same thing here sometimes, when she does not want anyone to notice her or see that she has been lurking around reading what is said. Emily is sneaky so that tactic fits her slimy personality.
