I like Fist of the North Star and am hyped that's it's getting a 40th anniversary anime. I can not wait to eat my words on the former sentence because Warner bros Japan is doing it.
Tomorrow it's gonna be 4 months since the announcement with nothing happening inbetween. Not even a teaser, no cast, nothing.

a christmas cake's struggle for cock continues i see
Its gonna end this year though i get the feeling its gonna be a more of a bittersweet end.

Oh hows vagabond heard that one is considered a masterpiece of a manga?
And is there any recommend dark or fucked up romance stuff ( no punpun is too much for me ) .

The official accounts for Shonen Ace and Young Ace announced today that Narue no Sekai (The World of Narue) mangaka Tomohiro Marukawa died in late January 2024 from ischemic heart disease at the age of 53.

His signature work, Narue no Sekai, was a classic boy-meets-girl story where an otaku boy falls in love with a girl who turns out to be a half-alien. The manga got an anime adaptation in 2003 and remains one of the many series people wish got another season.

During the serialization of Narue no Sekai, Marukawa had repeatedly taken hiatuses due to health issues but ended up completing the manga the way he wanted.

Apart from Narue no Sekai, Marukawa drew Mahou Shoujo Yongou-chan – a magical girl series where the girl gains the power of a WWII-era tank.

I need to check out the manga. The anime was rather sweet, albeit pretty slow, so I imagine the manga handled the relationship and the world better than 12 episodes ever could.

I actually heard that the visual novel School Days isn’t nearly as much of a train wreck, if only due to the fact that you can actually try and make Makoto less of a detestable douchebag.

Course, you also have the option of doubling down on that angle. If you for some bizarre reason want to.
The most memorable thing about School Days was when a pirated version of the Cross Days entry in the franchise was making the rounds on the internet and when opened it would install a trojan that disguised itself as the game's launcher that would prompt you to fill in a survey with personal details and then take a screenshot of your desktop to upload to a website to basically dox you on a public website.

They only way to get the info taken down was to publicly apologize and essentially embarrass yourself on the internet.

Damn that was some scary death glare Maomao did.
Yeah, a split second scene explained the entire relationship. Western cartoons take note, you don't need a entire season to explain why a daughter might hate her dad. It's clear, the loser left her with her crazy mom that tried to kill her. And none of it is fully said outright, you kinda have to put it together, the show assumes you have a iq above room temperature

Black Skin City Gyaru: Expects Valentine's chocolate even though she's earned none, she will never make you any, she buys them from the store.
Lily White Snow Gyaru: Bakes everyone Valentine's chocolate by hand, puts extra love in it for you, cries when she can't make everyone happy.

So far, the Valentines Day episode is probably my favorite (Or maybe the Ski episode?). Really sad to see a girl like Fuyuki whos always so happy to break down like that. All she wanted to do was to make everyone happy with her baked chocolates.

The YouTube anime Troon community, of course, reviews one of my favorite Lovecraft Japanese point and click adventure game. Amelie Doree couldn’t even get the racist subtext correct. Deep once were metaphor for the Irish. Not blacks. If you are gonna attack HP Lovecraft for being racist, get his racism right. Most of Amelie Doree reviews are him bitching about fan service and sexism in PC engine Hentai games. Unless it's game with gender bending and lesbians.

I can understand why people said Urusei Yatsura was better than Ranma. The cast is a lot more fun and varied, while Ranma settled to the same gags over and over. Also it's nice that it's not really a harem (at least for now).

Idk if loser, more of a monster, the guy raped her mother out what can only be spite or jealousy, abandoned her, forcing her to become a prostitute and get sick, and only comes back a decade later when she is catatonic.

I'll give it a try. In general the deep ones=niggers (or any other racial parallels) never made sense to me in the context of the original work. The fear of the deep ones wasn't just how inhuman they are, it's the fact that you may be tainted by them only to devolve in your later years. At most you can argue is that it's the fear of being mixed race (which is admittedly horrifying).

I've a question to those who have seen Noein. I remember hearing it was broadcast on the SciFi channel and I remember seeing bloopers of it on YouTube eons ago.

But my question is rather....is it confusing? I have this fear it is Eva + Lain combined and it might be like a lot of exposition...

The dub cast looks promising: Melissa Fahn, Cindy Robinson, Yuri Lowenthal, Crispin Freeman, Dorothy Elias Fahn, etc.

It's a rather simple show and aimed at teens and younger. Just don't think about time travel too hard and enjoy the SoL aspect.

Oh dang, I didn't pick that up. Sheet. But again, it makes you put the pieces together.
