just wondering if this was something else
If he didn’t ask and then consent to be emailed the docs by the clerk, maybe they’d care if Mr. Hardin then asked the Court to dismiss this for failure to prosecute, but as is, the actual abuse of the court would be the court’s actual concern (God willing)

Russ is still CCing his former lawyers on every filing and every email.
He CCs his old attorneys but not Hardin. Its all so tiresome.

What are the implications of of the return mail beyond showing that he's retarded?
Is it a stall tactic to say "whoops, I never got them because I screwed up, it will take me 2 weeks to update my address" ?

You file the returned mail to prove you tried to deliver so nobody can claim you didn’t attempt.

And to show everyone he’s retarded.

It feels like all of this is strategic retardation. Given the number of suits he's filed, how would he now fuck up his own address? As was previously discussed, his experience with adults has been coddled and he's likely still conditioned to others relenting and sorting out his shit. His entire Ariana Grande concert trial strategy was a delicate dance of stone cold stupidity and pity projection, including being 35 minutes late because he "must have misread [his] calendar wrong". So he's delaying and mucking around until teacher the court gives him what he wants or his old lawyers just go 'Fine, we'll do it for you pro bono. Pity the little goblin.' This magical thinking is probably the only reason he hasn't started a fundraiser himself.

He was previously using a PO Box, he switched to a Mailboxes Etc type Private Mailbox Service and submitted an address change to the court, with the wrong address, and appears to be using the same wrong address on his filings.

The funny thing is, I know when I got mine they gave me a piece of paper with the address and PMB/Suite number written on it in the proper format. So I'm not sure how you screw it up.

Reading Greer legal updates always feels frustrating. It seems that every time he screws something up, everyone just gives an annoyed but patient sigh and keeps on, as if they're dealing with a mentally disabled child who genuinely doesn't know any better. Seriously, what would it take for everyone involved to finally tell him "You're a goddamn retard, stop wasting our time. Goodbye."?

There can be a method to the madness. Judge Jennifer Darrow in the Darrell Brooks trail was extremely patient, went to explain things and made sure the defendant understood everything multiple times. She did everything short of be his actually attorney since he decided to represent himself. They made almost every accommodation for him that he requested. She put up with everything and played along to ensure he can't win a mistrial appeal or appeal.

Granted that was a criminal trail where a bad guy could walk free if you screwed up. This is pro se copyright dispute that has dragged on for years. Someone needs to smack the tard especially since he's a former paralegal and should know how the system works. Im convinced previous decision was so bad because the courts put up with his nonsense when it should have been shut down a long time ago.

Seriously, what would it take for everyone involved to finally tell him "You're a goddamn retard, stop wasting our time. Goodbye."?
The district Court did say that. But the 10th circuit, from their fortress of unassailable wisdom and power said that not only were the district Court wrong to not embrace Greers manifest legal acumen, but the United States Supreme Court was also wrong.

I wonder - I have to believe that if we (a gaggle of uneducated retards and a few likely even dumber idiots that passed the bar) get great amusement from this, that the actual law office of Hardin (and let’s be real, probably the court and judge) have to be enjoying each filing.

Image years and years (lawyers and even judges can end up specializing in nearly identical cases) of the same shit, and then you get this. Each filing is new, each unforced error is completely novel.

Since there seems to be some confusion, let me clarify. He does receive the filings. The clerk mails it to him. He asked for it at the start of the case, and recently confirmed it is still going on. However, he is not receiving the postal copies.
