House/Senate being Trump friendly would require not only the GOP win, but MAGA replace about half of the GOP with new replacements. Barring a tragic gas leak at the next state of the Union causing 90% of the audience in attendance to drop dead, it's not happening.
As for it being legal, it doesn't matter if it's legal or not. It just has to give them an excuse to initiate lawfare for his entire 2nd term, preventing the gravy train from being stopped via injunctions from Hawaii judges and wasting his time and capital to prevent him from doing anything. They literally do not care if it's constitutional or legal. The only way the constitution can stop them is if you rolled it up and beat them to death with it.

Regardless of whether it would survive a SCOTUS challenge, Trump would be dealing with the same GOP that "negotiated" to allow 5,000 illegals into the country a week in exchange for their precious Israel money. They would absolutely impeach him even if it meant turning every single one of their voters against them.

He unironically should have his speeches overlaid with an AI text-to-voice bot. It would be no different than other politicians who use translators when talking to foreign audiences, and a legit use of the technology.
Trump would just toss the money at Israel instead, and dare Congress to impeach him for funding Jews over Slavs. At least Israel is legally required to spend 75% of US aid funds on US imports (usually weapons), the only half-way intelligent part of that Carter-era bribery deal.
Though honestly it's all pointless. If Trump does win, the war will either end with an instant hard push by Russians before he enters office, or a sudden ceasefire with both sides claiming victory and Zelensky begging for asylum in the US. After that the money spent in Ukraine will be on rebuilding infrastructure and will be mostly from Blackrock and the like as they cut the remaining land up as spoils.

Man, I love this shit. First the obviously synthetic NAFO movement where a bunch of major leftist state heads from Europe are openly associating with the "movement", and now this. Leftists saw how effective all the right wing memes were during the 2016 election, like Shadilay, meme magic and all that, and they want to try and do the same with their election to get the votes.
What they don't understand though is that the right wing memes started naturally. Trump supporters on 4chan liked Trump, they started making memes about him because they liked him, and it went from there. The right wing memes began naturally and were a form of affirmation of support for a candidate the people who initiated the memes had initially. They think that memes can be forced, and that people like a candidate because of the memes, and not that the memes happen because the people already like a candidate.
People fucking despise Biden, they want him out of the office and would rather have Trump back just because he's the only other option and he's a better face for the United States of fucking America than a senile demented walking corpse that can't do a proper public speech, and you're not gonna suddenly sway people into believing that Biden is actually cool and people should vote for him. You had four years to make people believe that much like you made people believe Trump was the antichrist and he should be executed.
This is why the left can't meme. They don't understand the nature of memes, that they happen because of what people already believe or because people laugh at our reality, and that they're the result of people's beliefs, not the cause. To them, it's a political propaganda weapon that can be manufactured, but to push their agenda, like everything, can only be synthetic, not natural, so it always inevitably fails.

There's also that oft mentioned thing abut how the left communicates completely fundamentally differently than memes. I am not doing the explanation justice, but basically leftist communication requires vast amounts of assumed reality (that may not actually have anything to do with reality). It's why when they try and meme they add paragraphs and paragraphs of text into it -- because they have to set up the assumed reality constraints. Without them, you might not take away the approved and intended thought-reaction to the meme.
A meme mocking drag queen story hour takes 3-5 words, cause it's absurd pedophilia and child abuse on it's face and all you have to do is point to it and go "shit's fucked yo." A meme defending drag queen story hour requires paragraphs of text, because you have to insert the assumptions that it's not evil, that they're saintly victims, that while not homosexuals nor trans they're part of the "allyship" and thus deserve the same protected status, that it's a good thing to groom children, etc etc. Completely different and incompatible communication styles.

another aspect is that the memes like dark brandon (then again dark brandon started out as a right wing anti-biden irony meme so doesn't even apply here) is that the good stuff has to be natural and grassroots. Bottom up. Lefty/dem memes are done by a central committee full of out of touch "how do you do fellow kids" old people and millenials and don't think they're old. It is why nothing ever actually sticks that they produce.

It's the same thing you see in leftist attempts at comedy, they don't come from a place of sincere humor, plus they have to behave very robotically because God forbid, they upset any special groups. It's all thinly veiled hatred. When Stephen Colbert called Trump "Putin's cockholster" or when John Oliver started that idiotic "Drumpf" shit it's plain as day to see to that Colbert is legitimately seething, throughout Trump's presidency whenever he talked about Trump he'd get red in the face and looked like he'd be on the verge of tears. Oliver hates Trump and conservatives too, he just comes across sad and benign. He was bottom of the barrel in the British comedy scene and would've remained unknown without the Daily Show.
