I initially thought it was management puppeteering and was almost expecting it to be tweeted out on graduated twitter accounts too, but the fact that less than half the talents gave statements and a few of them abstained entirely makes me think they did this on their own

If Doki's lawyer says only the medical records were shared (which is already too much), then there are two sides to the story again. Either Niji are lying to Doki's lawyer and did share other confidential things to do with Enna and Millie, OR Niji are lying to the fans via the livers, and the confidential things to do with Enna and Millie don't exist - they're just the hottest names (and Canadian) right now, so good time to get them gone.

They do, but read what I said - the livers with whom I'm familiar's tweets read like they were written by that liver. I believe it was them, not management, who wrote them, even if the order to write them was from on high.

This is all so petty and gay and retarded. If everyone would just show receipts for what actually happened I'd bet real money that this entire thing would blow over in a week. Its Vtuber secrecy that's leading to this dragging out the way that it is. Like, the worst case scenario is that Elira and Enna called Selen a bitch behind the scenes after she threatened to graduate. Big deal, two vtubers lose their reputation, who fucking cares. Women try and fail at killing themselves all the time, on Twitch this would be a normal Tuesday. But instead its being dragged out into this retarded flamewar spectacle where nobody even says anything about what actually happened. Then I read the comment section and its a bunch of faggots giving anime monologues about how they'll never forgive Nijisanji for this betrayal. Nigga, you ain't Sasuke Uchiha, stop talking like you're going to cut Elira in twain with your katana you dumb faggot.

The way I understood it the legal document being referred to might have been from before her hospitalization, and was likely something she was drawing up with her lawyer related to the bullying.
Even if it was from afterwards, it's almost guaranteed she had multiple correspondences with Niji via their lawyers relating to different issues.
In any case, a lot of it is just speculation at this point as we don't have the full picture, but it sure looks like there will be legal proceedings involved. I hope it doesn't affect Doki's return too much and that she sinks the yacht in the end.

Once lawyers get involved you can't just "show reciepts and tell what happened". When she came back Doki basically admitted she was willing to sign a NDA about the whole thing and forget it all - but they blindsided her with the announcement.
The fact Niji took this route with the "statement" as well almost guarantees it's going to court and I doubt Doki's lawyer is gonna let her give us more info that she already has on the matter.

Nijisanji now is a toxic name and should be avoided at ALL COST

If any of your oshi is still in Niji, tell them to leave, fast. Because if they can do this to Selen, they can do this anyone else, and they absolutely will do it

Not necessarily. Whatever NDAs were originally in effect probably aren't in effect anymore. And if Nijisanji isn't willing to show receipts, then Dokibird should be willing to. At this point, it's a he-said-she-said situation and every day that goes by without Discord logs being leaked is another reason not to give a fuck and log off. I'm biased towards Selen's side, but I've known enough crazy bitches to be a little skeptical of her story. At this point, I need to know what actually happened in order to keep caring.
