I’ve never heard kratom referred to as salts. And I don’t hang out in druggy circles but I know enough to laugh at the idea of Kayla snorting bath salts.

I think bath salts is pretty plausible. They would have been legalish and available OTC back when Kayla would have been in college. If you didn't hit them like a maniac, they could be used like a moderate amphetamine.

Lots of 'nice girls' like Kayla who didn't want to hang out in illegal drug scenes, didn't want to score off the niggers on the corner and sure as hell didn't want to run the risk of getting busted would do bath salts when they wouldn't go near other drugs. And women do like stimulants. Gotta keep that weight off.

Also him saying he's not Vic's lawyer feels like a strawman. Who's accusing him of that? Anybody?
Feels like a straw man because it’s a straw man. Just like all the others he has constructed lately — e.g. “KF says I beat my wife and kids” — while studiously avoiding the actual question or related subjects.

Nick Rekieta is a goddamn pussy.

Ideas that came to mind:
- Kayla almost died because of pill-popping behavior
- Kids got into alcohol because it's literally in every room
- Suicide attempt by one of the kids or Kayla
- One of the kids got caught doing something they shouldn't
Let's combine these to form a story. Now I don't want to assume Drexel is raping the kids. As we know Nick has lots of pedophile friends. It's possible the Racket's estate is just as degenerate as Little St. James.

Drexel or some other degenerate friend of Nick's got one or more of the kids drunk (because there's booze in every room) and gave them the BBC (or BWC). Nick caught Drexel (or whoever) railing his kids and was so proud that the children weren't incel prudes he bragged to Kayla about it. Even in her pilled-out state, Kayla realized what a failure of a mother and wife she was and tried to commit suicide. Even though Rackets would be happy to be rid of his mess of a wife. It would be a big L for him if his wife commit suicide, so he saved her to "own the farms." Then the kid Drexel raped tried to kill itself next thing you know Nick is running from room-to-room looney tunes style trying to keep all his kids from committing suicide. That's what I imagine is happening when Nick cancels a show with a bizarre excuse.

I think bath salts is pretty plausible.

As funny as the bath salts idea is, that isn’t likely what was being referred to.
Can’t get the clip to upload or the video to embed right now but probably its nicotine salts. Kayla talked about that when shilling her CBD oils. (The CBD is so amazing it cures anything that ails you & breaks all bad habits)
Something like this in the photo. (No, I don’t know the difference between nicotine salts vs regular nicotine vape & don’t care enough to look into it)

The funniest part is Nick acting like he’s so baffled by people asking since he sees this is a big nothingburger.
No. He knows it's a huge deal. After vic lost, Nick started taunting soye and co along the lines of "good luck collecting from vic!" in about the same amount of smugness when he was arguing with duncan mcleod (refuting with a "I disagree" and then sitting back as if he just won the whole argument). I'm sure viewers from back then can vouch for me.

I think the only difference is the type of device used to vape it. Have we ever seen one of them with a vape of any sort? @Himedall All-seeing Waifu or @elb (or other Locals stream watchers) might know.

@elb any interest in clipping this, maybe as a retro throwback?
Thank you for reminding me I needed to sit down and finally watch this for the first time. What an absolute gold mine for content

Edit to add: Anyone have clips with Nick saying the f slur in them? Feel free to message to me if so, it would be much appreciated. I’m going to need as many as I have the patience to hunt down

That 150k raised by by Null is probably driving balldo insane. Knowing he could be grifting off it right now if he didn't alienate everyone with his faggotry.
All because some people made fun of him. Null didn't even make fun of him too badly until much later. But remember, Nick is the comedian that always jokes supposedly. Yet he won't give that same grace to others somehow.

...Is Nick worried that a lawsuit from Vic is coming his way for providing him legal advice?
That's exactly what I thought when watching that clip.

Especially the overacted confused face he made in the middle of the clip. That is what he does when he thinks he has caught a detractor in an epic logic trap.

Okay, well Marchi said "it's finally over", which sure sounds like she got paid, because the only thing preventing "it" from being "over" was that the defendants needed to get paid.

If that happened, where'd the money come from?

No, but that clip is not even 3 minutes, and largely deflects from the very simple question he was asked. My point still stands that Sean has commented on recent developments more than Nick has.

Also him saying he's not Vic's lawyer feels like a strawman. Who's accusing him of that? Anybody? Most people seem to get that Ty was Vic's lawyer. Nick is being asked if HE thinks Ty fucked Vic. It's not a complicated question.

I also do not believe for a second he didn't read the order when it came down. The man just not want to acknowledge the L any more than he has to.
I disagree. He didn't deflect the question at all.

He threw Ty Beard and his firm right under the bus.

I also noticed that, once again, Rekieta discussed the Vic case without saying anything positive about Vic at all. I have a feeling the relationship has soured.

He also taunted Eric July.
Look at where we are now.
If Balldo says the sky is blue, I'll have to whip out a spectrometer to make sure he wasn't lying. The sky might actually turn red forever.

Reasonable people can disagree, I guess.

I don't really consider him basically saying "Ty takes responsibility for his mistakes" much of a throw under the bus. It's him basically saying "I guess what Ty said," and not sharing his own opinion. Which is what he was asked for.

And, to be extra clear, I don't think Ty took much in the way of responsibility at all.

You'll probably gain better insight into this if Nick doesn't attend AM '24.

From AM's point of view, Vic is more valuable as a guest than Nick. Nick was only there because of Vic. I think this year eiher people will give even less of a shit about Nick, or maybe even show hostility. He'd do well to not go.

We can only hope J. Shawn LeMoine will be in touch...

He has almost half a million of Vic's money to drive the balldo to suicide. Look how poorly Nick has faired facing one lawsuit. Imagine how bad off he will be facing another.

Sometime after the appeal failed, Nick mentioned he left Vic's messages on unread. It was discussed here.
He's a bad friend. He hadn't talked the Drex in years, until he needed to counter the black face lawyer narrative.

This should be no surprise though. Balldoman is also a bad: worker, business owner, streamer, dad, son, husband, lawyer...

Has Sophia met uncle Nicki yet? Despite Drexel being the usual absentee black father, Nicki might be hoping one day he will have his own in to recreating his American Beauty fantasy.
Reading this gave me the momentary mental flash of Nick and Drexel grooming their daughter’s for an eventual sex trade between each other and that thought nearly made me want to vomit.

Sorry, I was distracted. Have you guys tried Death Must Die yet? It's pretty fun.

Ok, back to bidness. He's still on Trump? Is he stretching each update to multiple streams?View attachment 5717267
He's tired of trump but has to do it because that's what his audience wants (whine whine whine)

Wait, why is his subs still dropping?! :story:

If that happened, where'd the money come from?
Well there's 3 possible parties I think. Vic, Ty or the malpractice insurance thing that I remembered was discussed by people here. Vic IS a bit of a faggot so I can see him just taking it like a bitch, or if Ty/insurance did pay, Ty managed to convince Vic to keep quiet about it for 'reasons'.
