There's one point in particular where he acknowledged harassment towards his other talent and apologized for it. If this were a Western company, he would have scolded the general public and the trolls. It's weird to see a company acknowledging that their fuck up is why people are getting harassed.

They gave 2 other statements earlier today disparaging her when it was already done and over.
These were moments before that CEO video and totally contradicts it but we're well beyond one sentence now.

The fact that both sides acknowledge they each have lawyers in talks with each other doesn't indicate this is an easily dispelled situation.
