Under the doctrine of sovereign immunity, the federal government is generally immune from suits by individual citizens unless Congress waives immunity and allows individuals to sue by passing a statute.
So does this broadly open up the government to lawsuits or only apply to the credit reporting?

That's because politics weren't overrun with unintelligent, entitled brats who equate political affiliation with "good" vs "evil" back then. The left and right could be civil with one another despite disagreeing. It wasn't until the Obama era that the room temperature IQ masses began to equate red bad blue good.
Oh bullshit, people treated Regan and Bush just like they did Trump. They been playing this game since before i was born.

Same tactics perhaps, but without the same power....

I havent seen anything approach the extreme divide in US politics - even through the neocon WoT and all that bollocks which the dems were happy to kowtow to.

I think they just realised dems are easier to manipulate than anyone else so jumped in - even though the long term goals are irreconcilable.

At the time, they could play it off as jokes. They can't do that with Trump because their hatred is so evident.
Only because they contolled the entire system, just like they wholesale created the boogeyman of the religious right.

Every Republican president and every Republican presidential nominee except six have been portrayed exactly the same way by the Democratic Party, a dire threat who was going to destroy the nation

Those six were

Coolidge because he was so dry as fuck and didn't engage in mudslinging, he just gave highly intellectual speeches about muh philosophy of gubbmint. He didn't even acknowledge much less attack his opponent in two elections

Hayes because he agreed to end Reconstruction

Garfield and Arthur because Democrats were still in hog heaven about Reconstruction ending

Hoover because they said he'd already destroyed the country via the Depression

Ford because they knew they would win just by continuing to bitch about Nixon

Every single one except those six were going to destroy the country by allowing niggers to fuck white women or something, or were going to destroy the country with tariffs, or were going to destroy the country by refusing the silver standard, or were going to destroy the country with imperialism/getting us into WWI, or were going to destroy the country by going super duper fascist extreme (this has been the longest one, every single Republican president or nominee since 1936 has got tagged by this one)

Bush and his cronies pushed the Patriot act which has resulted in debanking and CISA's "censorship industrial complex".
he is the latest incarnation of hitler.

Is that a real hack of MvC2, or some version of Mugen?

This is so funny, they are trying to imitate Trump eating regular take out as a way to look relatable.
But Trump is still strong enough to stomach goyslop as opposed to Biden who might actually die if he eats a burger, so they just have him there sitting, hovering over normal people food without touching it
Remember that this is supposedly Trump's typical meal at McDonalds. Can you imagine Biden trying to eat this whole thing even once?

LMFAO, they are doing the "dark MAGA" meme that was circlejerked a few years back on /pol/, this has to be some meta PR shit.
"Dark Brandon" or "Dark Biden" is something the Democrats have been trying to put together for a while now, with perhaps less then stellar results. It's derivative and stale as a concept (even as a joke) but it is something they want to double down on clearly.

To actually understand what went wrong with the American project one must go back to March 4th, 1933. That is when the true point of no return happened.
1910. Jekyll Island. The creation of the Federal Reserve.

In reality, its not one singular event. Its lots of small chips at the foundation until recently (2012 forward) when they went full bore masks off.
