I just wanna point out that the Patriot Act was in the works since Reagan. They tried to push it after OKC Bombing but it failed to go through because Clinton wasn't able to do it due to Waco and Ruby Ridge being still too fresh on people's minds. It's why they managed to put it to a vote and pass it so fast after 9/11.

I always thought Dark Brandon was just an allusion to the fact Biden is a fucking monster, evil, satanic and terrible. Which has pretty much been shown without doubt from his demented Presidency. The embracing of the Dark Brandon meme just seems part of the delusion people have to support that side of politics no matter what, to the point, they fool themselves and lie. They don't even know why the fuck they support him or what they're doing. It's just a desperate and pathetic attempt at something.

It's fascinating how much they have to lie to support him, that they just fall further into a fake reality. I watch clips from MSNBC and other places and they honestly don't even seem like the believe it but they have no choice. It's dystopian.

So does this broadly open up the government to lawsuits or only apply to the credit reporting?
I suppose it would. Once you find that the government is not immune to lawsuits in one case, then it becomes much easier to argue the same in other cases. Anything else would be inconsistent.

Is there any way to make it stick to Nancy Pelosi?

Every Republican president and every Republican presidential nominee except six have been portrayed exactly the same way by the Democratic Party, a dire threat who was going to destroy the nation

Those six were

Coolidge because he was so dry as fuck and didn't engage in mudslinging, he just gave highly intellectual speeches about muh philosophy of gubbmint. He didn't even acknowledge much less attack his opponent in two elections

Hayes because he agreed to end Reconstruction

Garfield and Arthur because Democrats were still in hog heaven about Reconstruction ending

Hoover because they said he'd already destroyed the country via the Depression

Ford because they knew they would win just by continuing to bitch about Nixon

Every single one except those six were going to destroy the country by allowing niggers to fuck white women or something, or were going to destroy the country with tariffs, or were going to destroy the country by refusing the silver standard, or were going to destroy the country with imperialism/getting us into WWI, or were going to destroy the country by going super duper fascist extreme (this has been the longest one, every single Republican president or nominee since 1936 has got tagged by this one)
I would actually add a seventh - Eisenhower. They mainly tried to portray him as kind of dull and dry, but nothing really bad. Because Democrats back then knew that trying to paint the man who won us motherfucking World War II in Europe as a crypto-Nazi was fucking insane. Democrats today, however, would have no such reservations.

Libs like the Dark Brandon thing because they think it would be cool and badass to have a movie-style dictator who would just outright kill all the Republicans in the country.

It's a narrow ruling. The Court found that the government had waived its right to sovereign immunity via explicitly doing so in the statute governing this particular case.

Dictators give speeches that last longer then ten minutes though. And they spent so much work calling Trump a dictator only to praise Biden as a dictator and wonder what most people are surprised at the hypocracy.

Bush and his cronies pushed the Patriot act which has resulted in debanking and CISA's "censorship industrial complex".
he is the latest incarnation of hitler.
I know you blocked me because you got ass hurt, but holy fuck, if you're comparing a backyard brawl like Iraq to WW2 Germany, you are actually disabled, retarded even. Bush wasn't that bad.

The Patriot Act alone damns Bush, and Iraq was an entirely unnecessary war... until you realize that Hussein was getting ready to sell oil in euros instead of dollars.

No disagreement on the patriot act. But I have to ask myself: am I sad Saddam Hussein is dead? Fuck no. We took that oil bitch. Fuck Europe.

And now you are ruled by discount Palpatine.

The monkey paw is a bitch
To be fair, I had zero choice. I was 2 when the invasion happened. You can either cry and bitch about "war crimes", or look at the fact we DID win the war. I'd rather be happy about victory. Besides, Saddam was a nigger that had it coming.

20 years fighting on the area only to have such a humiliating defeat because old man Joe wanted to abandon the strongest base first to win political points.
