assuming its not a complete psyop (lol) I'd say its some sort of FOBS weapon system. FOBS would make early warning against a nuclear attack very difficult. ex: most of NORAD and NATO early warning systems face north over the north pole as that is the shortest route to the US and western europe from the russian missile bases. A FOBS system could approach its target from any direction, thereby avoiding fixed early warning radars. this tech has been possible to make since the 1960's so it is easily within the reach of Russia.
that is the only thing that could live up to this, and it would necessarily start a arms race in space immediately. Reagan's SDI program would have to be restarted. the only true counter measure would be brilliant pebbles combined with rings of nuclear tipped nike/sprint type ABM rockets around major targets.
but i doubt it. such a weapon would be hideously expensive even for the US. this is just a scam for more billions for Ukraine and Israel.

Bush being portrayed as a monster was the establishment having its cake and eating it to. He could be condemned via media and by an apparent majority that does nothing to stop him.
What happened under him is a mix of Clinton’s policies breaking the kneescaps of the country leading to Mr. Larry Fink, the Wars in the Middle East basically had no real goals or ways to ensure Greater Israel (it basically was playing with our dick’s for 20 years as elites tried to use it to sandbox ideas), and then you had legislation that wholesale violated the Constitution.
Was Bush a monster? He’s part of a political dynasty and basically helped lead to the Internal security state blowing up. I kind of hope he dies of a painful cancer like his father or falls in the shower and suffers a Christopher Reeves.

I'm not even disagreeing what happened under him was wrong. Answer me this however: would a Democrat have done any better in that time? Bush did get the assault weapon ban tossed out for what it's worth. I'm just saying, it was more than just him. Bush if anything reminds me more of a puppet. At some point money actually stops you from being competent especially when you consider that you can’t simply out buy people or depend on a system where you can outcompete their bid.
Right now the main strategy people on the left pursue is basically using either legal means or complaints to make people afraid of doing anything with you. All this means is that they’re going to pay for a better lunch for a lawyer, more pajeets and black women to cold call complaints, and some nepobaby being CEO, CFO, of whatever of an election charity.
