Have a splendid Black Company Month! 🐀👑🎉
Tldr for the lazy ones:
The theory is that management being weak ESL nips allowed bilingual talents (elira) to step up and claim the position of middle managers for themselves. That is why they got access to confidential info and a bunch of other perks like the merchs and sponsorships mentioned in the attachments below. That is also why everyone had to play nice with elira and her clique - because they were the defacto management.

It's a pretty good rrat, and I'm inclined to believe they're at least on the right track with it. Elira's behavior in that NijiEN announcement was setting off red flags all over for me. The timing of the announcement, the tone of voice, the choice of words - especially her mousey little "thank yous" to the fellas - I said zero believability before and left it there because "this bitch is full vamp mode" felt like both an overstatement and possibly misread because of my own bias.

Judging by the public response, a lot of other people felt the same way I did.

The amount of effort that schizo autists obsessed with puppeteered anime artwork are willing to devote to unravel potential hidden drama between co-workers is absolutely mind blowing.

This is nonsense. AnyColor owns Mysta and Nina's personas. There is no reason they should be worried about any copyright issue. Even in the remote chance they did, what would their former employees do? Sue a foreign multimillion dollar company because it used characters they voiced in a music video for a few seconds? Yeah, good luck with that. This is completely different than having to deal with the likes of Capcom which is a bigger company, with better lawyers, and , most important of all, shares the same legal jurisdiction as AnyColor in Japan. @close is right. It's asinine.
Maybe its an issue of residuals, do the people featured in the mv get a small cut of ad rev? Or maybe they need the merch/licensing dept to ok having 2 dead talents in a current project for the product line.

Scarle is back to X, reposting fan arts (and not the Elira stream).

I kinda believe the claims that she's just a fucking moron that forgot to cancel some waiting rooms after going to her parents for some reason, and hearted the "kurosanji" comment by accident. I want to believe.

I'm not reading all that shit. Summarize or fuck off

TLDR, Elira is management for NijiEN since the original management for EN fucked off. The current shitstorm is a cumulation of her terrible management and favoritism for her clique, which Selen was not a part of. Also goes into how she used her alleged position to get in on more merch deals than Selen & Pomu, despite their merch outselling hers.

Given Elira's past behavior and the treatment of Nina before she left give me reason to think that Elira was apart of the main "bullying" group that went after Selen (for some unknown reason). I highly doubt both she and Vox were "forced" into that statement, given how much preferential treatment Vox has been given, and the shit he's managed to get away with. Honestly, I'm more surprised by Ike being in that little trio of Judas'. What the fuck was HE doing there? As far as I'm aware, I've never really seen him interact with Selen at all.

Vox is nothing more than a corpo dick sucking tool. Elira is a classless "mean girl", and again, I'm still confused as fuck by Ike.

There's a lot of clips of them together actually. There are a lot of people saying they're the "closest" to selen

and hearted the "kurosanji" comment by accident. I want to believe.
This is nearly impossible, it would require her to be signed in to her Scarle account on her phone, have notifications for the Youtube app on regarding comments, and out of all the comments she got she would have had to accidentally Hearted that one and not noticed for hours. Its much more likely that she didn't know what "Kurosanji" meant and hearted it anyways and even then I think that's a long shot.

If i had to guess, she either is on stealth suspension and Niji is gonna let her tweet and stream a bit to hopefully prevent another massive yab. or she got a free pass given the shit show going on.

Pippa drank soylent and Clara started speedrunning.
This does not bode well for the future of Phase Connect.
Also it's kind of funny that both the English and Japanese branches have an electric bunnygirl as their top talent.
Oh yeah, we also got Papakin for the first time too. I'm looking forward to his video which I assume will be about dynamite fishing based on the hints he gave.

Right, Valentine's Day. Have some Pank and later some Lottie:

I believe the rrat.

It's mean girls but instead a dragon is Regina George.
It's also becoming a bit of a pattern that they all try to lander an individual who doesn't play by their rules.
Why would Enna and Millie care about that though? Seriously, they say some of the most unhinged stuff out there. Also, why wouldn't they and Elira and Selen not have greater solidarity among each other for living in the same area? Like, literally Selen knows where they live. You really want to bother your neighbor/co-worker who could easily rat you out? Great plan...

You must forgive me for not being a YouTuber, but is tapping something on a notification the only way to heart a comment? I would have assumed the uploader could click a button next to a comment, something easy to do inadvertently while using a touchscreen. Being signed in to YouTube on one's phone is not a rarity.

No, there is a button on comments to heart as well. It's not out of the realm of possibility to have done it inadvertently, although I haven't had issues with accidentally doing things to comments on YouTube. It's more things like adding to playlists on mobile that is very easy to get wrong.
