I saw the walker wheel but also thought I heard the sounds (gas release) of an oxygen tank at the very end of the video. The type of supplemental home oxygen tank the elderly, very sick and emphysema patients have to use.

Herbs and Alters (or whatever he calls himself) said in a recent video that some other online Ana recently died. I think her name was Rachel, but I could be wrong. So our Lich Queen probably got a new lease of life after sucking her soul.

It was Rachel Rising; she's been mentioned in some of the discussion about Eugenia Cooney. I don't know anything about Rachel, other than seeing she has/had an obvious eating disorder, but here's her TikTok. Some speculate she's still alive and just isn't online anymore.

Apologies in advance for any tense confusion: it's not actually clear if she's alive or dead right now. There's no obituary or other public confirmation that she died; someone posted in her Instagram comments, claiming to be a friend, and said she's dead. A couple days ago, I checked all the family Facebook pages I could find, and I didn't see anything there. Her name is Rachel Beltz, and she lives in Arizona.
Rachel Rising is/was an obnoxious pro ana whose scummy history is pretty well-documented on the other farms. I've considered putting her in the pro ana thread here, but it's pretty dead, so I didn't know if anyone was actually interested.
I didn't see Dorian's video, but she may have run with the rumor that she's dead. She certainly looked nearly dead, but there's just no confirmation that it's actually happened.

In the meantime, to keep this on topic: Ashley's old Tumblr accounts came up. When she was more active, she had her own threads on the other farms. You can find stuff from her Tumblr, old Instagram account, and info about her historical shenanigans on those threads.
I think I've put these in chronological order oldest --> newest. I may not have gotten all the threads; at some point, after she got less active, her updates started going in the general pro ana thread. She also started out in the general threads and appears in them intermittently, even when she had her own dedicated threads.

That's not irony, it's the truth tinged with dark humor. I find it interesting that this is the most open/honest she's ever been about her condition.
I know there's certain superstition around mentioning her demise ITT, but I really don't think she's going to make it to next year. And I believe she knows and feels it, too. Her behavior over the last few months reminds me of when elderly people start getting their affairs in order or animals crawl under the house to die.

She had a chance before, I think, but not at this point. There’s a really nice woman on IG I follow who at one point was Ashley’s weight or a bit more. Pulled it together, now she’s just at a low normal BMI, able to adult, has a home and a partner. But she’s always going to struggle in her thinking, likely has impaired fertility, and needs to take supplements. But I suppose she also has an advantage because she was the super orthorexic type and would eat 1200-1400 a day, just exercise a lot. Got to be around 70-75 pounds, but tall-ish.
Something this woman always talked about was the time and mental and physical space and effort an ED took. I mean, she literally was getting 3+ hours each day “back” when she got down to exercising only 30-40 minutes and not every day. Had to find new hobbies she could do sitting, got a pet to also help fill that blank “space” as she got time and brain back. Very cute cat, we connected as cat ladies. This woman also had to reckon with years lost to disorder, and restart university as she’d had to leave for health.
Which makes me think. If this is who Ashley is, if it’s all she is or does in her life, where’s the motivation for any change?

There is no motivation to change because her motivation is being like this to tell the world to fuck up.
For many anorexics, their disease is a symptom of something: they need to exercise control or they're coping with trauma. Anorexia is how the fucked up surfaces. Ashley is very aware of what she's doing and she's very happy knowing we're talking about her and that people stares at her for being like this. She doesn't want that to be taken away from her.

I went to that website and realized I couldn't tell the date from the posts (I never used tumblr). Weird design choice. Thanks for the information. Still interesting posts, even if old.
If anything, going from wheelchair to a walker is improvement. Is Ashley getting better?

Ashley hasn't shown herself ambulatory for quite a while, iirc. We've seen her standing up, but not moving around. There's a decent chance she can't even really stand unaided for long at this point.
However, we also can't prove a negative so there's a slim chance she is doing manual labour off-camera all day /sneed
