5. Low-intensity hostilities continue to this day.

Out of all of this the USA got what? A toppled autocrat and some military bases? Still went better then the invasion that was started to ostensibly hunt down bin Laden I guess.

The only time Antifa was ever even remotely stopped, from the first Battle of Berkely to the Summer of Love, was when they were stomping around DC and got too close to a hotel people who you aren't even allowed to know the names of were staying. They were coordained off by TWO swat teams within minutes and mass arrested.

They didn't even do that when they were literally trying to blow up and burn down a federal courthouse with people in it. For months.

Fag Smith filed his opposition to SCOTUS staying the DC trial until immunity can be worked out, pretending nothing important is happening in November and thatthe public needs a speedy trial, even though it's still 3 years on for some peaceful protestors being held hostage in jail.

With all of the bad economic news coming out; UK and Japan in recession, worse than expected sales targets, is this a ramp up for justification for a war? Especially when we saw the news of a national security threat.

Recessions happen just before a war. 2001 .com bubble burst led to 9/11 and Iraq. 2008 recession led to Afghanistan...

Oh no, he was totally cool with that too, it was nothing more than a smokescreen with the assumption that the only reason why anyone would come to this country is to work. Keep in mind this was the exact same era as “dey took ur jerbs!!!” Meanwhile “Christian” and Jewish charities like HIAS got paid by the shitskin to import as many immigrants to America as possible. Remember those faith-based initiatives? Thats where most of the money went to. Of course we didn’t find that out until years later because people would've gotten pissed off that we were paying charities to import hostile persons who aspired to be nothing more than welfare leeches.

TBF, The Surge was around that timeframe IIRC, which was a legitimate "oh, the Americans might be competent afterall".

Though it may be a bit too late in the timeline and not related to the argument, leaving Iraq in 2011-ish. Thankfully we returned immediately and are still there!
