There are so many layers to this story. The worthless bitch who is too busy with her own life to look at a report card or respond to phone calls from school at any point in years, the equally worthless son who is an average student at his school despite only passing three classes (and all with D's) ever, the worthless school which promotes these pieces of shit until they drop out to go sell drugs or can't go any farther because they lack the credits. This is why people yank their kids out of schools with too many niggers, this kind of thing always happens once they become too numerous, and no one wants their kid in that environment except other niggers, who don't care about them anyway.

public High school Daycare system. A public HS diploma from Baltimore in the last 30 years only proves you didn't do actually get caught committing a felony like stabbing or possessing a firearm while you attended. Unless it was something that egregious they will not expel you.
I don't want to start ranting but, I guess this is the thread for it, whenever you get a gov organization with approximately %75 niggers, you have a big problem. In certain parts of the country they will get hired on for the DMV or the post office and literally only hire black friends family and associates for the next 10-20 years, surprisingly all the white/Hispanic/other job applications seem to disappear somewhere between the hiring manager and the application drop box. all of sudden you have a %90 black staff in a city that may only have maybe %20 per capita. Now there is no oversight, they all cover for each other especially when it comes to overtime fraud and salary increases, all of sudden you have the highest paid post office in the entire state in one random area that happens to have all black staff. Incidentally you also have the highest number of complaints of customer service, mail theft, missing packages and etc in the same branch. The US post office and the DMV and the US public school system are 3 specific gov orgs that seem to have this problem quite a bit.
Somewhat related, years ago I recall my application was "lost" when I was just trying to get some shitty retail job at an electronics store. I haven't the slightest idea why but all the hiring managers were black and about %80 of the applicants were black. We're all just a bunch of stupid teenagers trying to get this job, sitting in for a cattle call waiting our turn for an interview. I actually bothered to put on slacks and a tie for this shitty retail job. I look left and right and I see a lot of basketball shorts and I'm thinking "Well not sure if these guys can put together a PC install windows or hookup a home entertainment system like I can but, I certainly look like I deserve this job." I'm sitting there for an hour and I start to notice other applicants being called in for an interview, I could have swore arrived after myself. After this happens 3 times I got up an politely inquire with the lady calling us all in one-by-one. At that point I got very suspicious, I thought maybe they called me and I just missed it for some reason. She looks down sees my name and says "oh... yeah that is weird, you were on this list 3 applicants ago. let me talk to the hiring manager" 2 mins later black lady HR manager comes out. I smile like a stupid faggot and introduce myself.
"Well, you see we looked at your application and you don't have the kind of skills for this job"
"Pardon?"
"Well, you need computer skills to work at faggot electronics and more"
I smile
"Oh, well if you look at my application you'll see I can actually take a PC apart piece by piece and then install the OS, even"
"Well, you also need retail and customer service experience"
"Yeah, if you look at my application I worked at such and such, directly dealing with the public"
"You just don't have the right kind of requirements for this job"
" I see, well thank you for your time"
There were no explanations ever given why they didn't tell me they were not calling me into an interview, why they simply had me wait along with everyone else with no intention of ever giving me the interview everyone else in basketball shorts got. Quite a few years later the same company would be accused of racist hiring and promotion practices against white people. I'll never actually know exactly WTF happened that day, this was just a low wage retail loser job not exactly a career.
