I'm mostly referring to Vei and Nyanners leaving in a huff after not getting their way. Silver, more or less, left on her own terms. The harassment she received for playing Wizard Game and receiving nothing in the way of support from upper management (as they had their own opinions on the author of a fantasy series who believes in biological reality) likely had a hand in that particular decision. Both Vei and Nyanners showed signs of nepotistic behavior from the very beginning. I think Kson coming into VShojo was a bit of a moment for VShojo. Things seem to be running a lot smoother there now because Vei and Nyanners are gone.

I believe the UberRrat is on the right track but it, like most VT rrats, has taken things a bit too far. The truth likely lies somewhere between the two extremes of Elira being some grand puppet master controlling NijiEN and Her just being another talent. I do lean towards the Rrat being more spot on than not though, the Idea the NijiEN has been half ran by a Clique of Talents feels sensible enough for it to be the case.
